STATUL Austria este o republica federala, formata din 9 landuri. - fiecare land are propria sa constitutie, parlament si guvern propriu - in 1918 Austria a trecut de la monahie constitutionala la republica - puterea executiva si legislativa sunt impartite intre Federatie(Bund) si landuri - conducerea Republicii Austria apartine unui Presedinte Federal(bundesprasident), ales in mod direct de catre cetateni pentru 6 ani II. STRUCTURA AUTORITATII 1)Autoritatea juridica - legile penale si civile se bazeaza pe Codurile penal si civil - in legile civile si penale exista 3 niveluri ale justitiei - in Austria se disting urmatoarele subdiviziuni: a) Curtile la nivel de district b) Curtile la nivel de land c) Curtile de jurati - cea mai inalta instanta este Curtea Suprema din Viena 2)Autoritatea legislativa - Parlamentul Federal este format din 2 camere: a) Nationalrat b) Bundesrat - Initiativa legislativa au: -Parlmentul - Guvernul - fiecare land are propriul sau parlament ales, care raspunde pentru domeniul legislativ 2)Autoritatea executiva - puterea executiva si legislativa sunt impartite in mod independent potrivit Constitutiei intre Federatie si guvernele landurilor - Corpul Guvernului Federal este format din: a) cancelarul federal b) vicecancelarul c) ministerele federale -
