4. Are PCB MIC in apparatus box and wiring MIC connected to the same names? (N/A for MSK operation)

5. Is safety shoe connected to MIC in apparatus box? (Safety shoe line should be jumped if car door is not installed)

6. Is the apparatus box properly connected to PJ1 of DOOR PCB (DCD-23XPCB)

7. Are "PJ1" No.

(12) and (15) line removed from MIC?

8. Are MIC JACK No. 12,13 and 14 lines and the COMMON(EVV)Line connected by the same line? (N/A for MSK operation)

9. Is the car top operation is possible? "E.STOP S/W normal" and “ON Car S/W ON” "AC_CUT (DMC-CUT1)","DMC (DMC-CUT2)" S/W cut ?

10.

Is car door closed? (CLS shall be ON) (N/A for MSK operation)

b. For CP side 1. Is each PCB connecting MIC JACK connected properly in control board?

2. Is each IGBT connected tightly at the back of control board?

3. Are power and electric machine wiring at terminal properly connected?

4. Is R/E line connected to control board separated from electric machine wiring?

5. Does the MCCB and circuit breaker fuse cut? Do they have the rated capacity?

6. Does ground wire of equipments and building ground wire secured?

7. Is the shield line of rotary encoder grounded?

8. Is MIC line insulated properly? (0.5 MΩ or more)

9. Is control board properly connected to TAILCODE wiring and MIC?

10.

MIC of LSU and LSD is common?

☞Common point when without COM JACK: DOM-PCB TML1 terminal (1~2, 7~3, 7~8)

11. Are GRS and MB MIC JACK inserted in control board?

12. Are main power of U, V and W on machine side and power cable connected according to the drawing?

13. Check each PCB and IGBT, power cable for connection and contact conditions.

20. Are switches lever and catch weight set?

21. Is wiring terminal properly connected?

22. Check grounding conditions.

1.3.

ERO operation

This new operation mode is one of inspection operation that controls car at hall of top floor by E&I panel. It ignores OS (GRS), OBS, FLU, FLD, SOS (SCS), 6LS switches. So, it requires very careful operation. a. Check if car operation is safe even OS, OBS, FLU, FLD, SOS, 6LS were ignored. b. Note that the GTC switch is not ignored under ERO operation c. Put the ERO switch to ‘ERO’ in E&I panel. d. Push the Up and Down button. e. Check if the operation order is match to running direction

Return ERO switch to origin position if ERO operation has finished.

g. If machine runs reverse direction, change U and W phase each other. * Machine will have vibration with TCD 41 in case of machine reverse wiring h. If R.E wiring is changed, shift the DIR jumper pin on DOC PCB * It is operated reverse direction about 5 second, and stopped automatically if R.E wiring has reserved.

1 2 3 R.E direction change

i.

In spite of above change as ‘g or h’, if SDI in DES PCB displays wrong direction, return to them to their original position. And change SPEC data of address 0124 by ‘A31E’. Data ‘00’⇒ ‘01’

j.

If there is ROM sum error, perform ‘A52E’.
