Following questions are based on the case study, “Xiamen Airlines: Pay for Performance” For answering the following questions, please be clear, specific and to the point, however add as many evidence from the cases as possible to make your argument a convincing case. 1. What were the major changes made to the design of the pilot compensation package at Xiamen Airlines? How did these changes help to improve employee motivation?
