The purpose of this business plan is to secure 70,000php in order to fund the purchase of necessary equipments such as eating and cooking utensils, materials, marketing signage, first 3 month rental fees and the installation of lightings, electrical wirings and staffing requirements for BURANDAY FRIED STREET FOOD in Ba. Road Street Tayuman ,Binangonan Rizal. The funds invested will help promote the business and continue operations until the business is selfsustainable. Our Mission To provide quality, affordable and clean street food to our baranggay in a convenient and reasonable way in order to enhance the quality of our customers’ lives. Our Vision To increase the trust, contentment and satisfaction of our customers and community when it comes to street foods. Lizzette tomnub, Margarita Tomnub, Alvin Garrido and Emilia Ceninaforsees a great opportunity to create a busainness within the community, sonce the location is highly marketable and it could also provide a good source of incvome for the family. Prior of the idea of opening this type of business they already slling different “ kakanin” and breakfast meals for the past years. Together , with the motivation of creating a self sustaining business they are motivated and positively looking forward for the success of thew said business and forseeing a franchised brances in the years to come to provide excellent service and delectable food throughout the city as well as the province of Rizal. Our customers would be mainly sewers, students and employees who work in a clothing factory near the vicinity in Bario Road Tayuman, and surrounding areas within a 0.5-km radius. Our stall will be opened from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We anticipate that 19to 35-year old patrons will make up 85% of our revenue.

COMPANY OVERVIEW Company Background After the Philippines was locked down during the Covid 19 pandemic the Tomnub family decided to start a business that would help support the needs of the family and provide financial help to the children of Margarita Tomnub. This motivates her eldest child Emilia Cenina to push and take risk on creating a business specifically street foods which she and her mother are really familiar with. Prior of the said pandemic Margarirta tomnub is already known for her signitured shanghai and Emilia Cenina also sells breakfast meals and “ Kakanin “ which is a big help to her growing family.

Lizzette Tomnub, Founder and Owner Lizzette Tomnub is the co-founder and the manager of Buranday’s fried street food. Lizzette graduated in Accountancy, Business Administration strand (ABM) in Senior high school at ACLC College of Taytay and is now 2nd Year College in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Managemet at URS Binangonan. Emilia Cenina, Co-Founder and Owner Emilia is the co-founder and the cook at Buranday’s Fried street food. She is the mother of 5 children. She is a hard working and dedicated Mom. She started cooking different dishes and “Kakanin” when she was 15 years old. She is currently living at Bario road, Tayuman Binangonan Rizal. Margarita Tomnub, Co-Founder and Owner Margarita is the mother of 7 children including Lizzette and and Emillia. She is an amazing cook and a very dedicated mother. She as a wide experience in selling “Kakanin” and knows a lot of techniques in cookin. She is well known to be a kind hearted and a loving mother in their community. Her signatured dish is “shanghai”.

Required Funds The start-up capital obtained through savings will be used for equipment, kitchen supplies, food purchases, and associated permits and licensing. Equipment will amount to approximately 20,000, and remaining costs are estimated to be around 70,000 php.

Sourcing Buranday’s Fried Street Food plans to source its ingredients from local suppliers and markets with in Binangonan and Angono area. We will ensure that the ingredients we use are of the highest quality in order to provide delectable food offerings. We plan to establish and foster positive working relationships with local vendors that we partner with in the area to help ensure our inventory needs are met in a cost-efficient manner. With the experience Emilia and Margarita have gained from selling “ kakanin” in the past years, combined with market research done by Lizzette, they can ensure that the amount of ingredients needed are accurately projected from week-to-week. MARKET ANALYSIS Market and Industry Overview Street Food have been prevalent in the food industry ever since, with increasing popularity as time goes on. There are a lot of street food nationwide, and that number is expected to increase after this covid-19 pandemic. Our market research has revealed to us that consumers in Bario Road Tayuman want more affordable food options, larger portion sizes, and a wider variety of street food offerings at a single establishment. Being able to satisfy those factors, in conjunction with the flexibility of our business hours, will help set us apart from the competition. Target Market Our target buyers lived, walked through and work along the street of Bario Road and surrounding areas within a 0.5-km radius. Our marketing strategy is to create cheap and affordable combo meal with rice like “ siomai rice, Hotdog rice, leeg rice and other fried street foods with rice meals”. We would also like to attract many customers by providing a videoke within the establishment so as they are waiting for their orders they could sing songs which we all know Filipinos love to do. BURANDAY’S FRIED STREET FOOD also plans to reach new and existing customers through social media and flyers. Our prices will be lower compared to our direct competitors, and we will also provide larger portions while maintaining profitability. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN Personnel Plan At this time, the personnel plan calls for a minimum of one cook and one assistant who will greet customers and take orders. Currently, Emilia will operate as the cook, while Margarita takes orders and payment, and assists Emilia where needed. While Lizzette will serve as the manager. In the first year, assumptions are that there will only be three workers in the store to execute and manage operations. As demand increases, we will hire an additional assistant to support Emilia.
