3. Checking connection of shield cable 3.1. Check the CAN bus cable (from drive to controller) to make sure the shield layer properly connected on both ends of the cable. Attention: Must connect drain wire to PE on both ends of the cable.

3.2. Check the Motor Cable and make sure the shield layer properly connected on both ends of the cable. Attention: Must put the shield layer out of cable skin and use clamps to fasten shield layer of the cable. 3.3. Check the fixing condition of EMC plate Attention: EMC plate must be installed on the sheet metal of Regen drive.
Attention: The cable of rotary encoder must be separated with motor 3 phases cable and the each wire of the encoder cable must be twisted.

During LRT operation, noise will come out from the motor, but it is normal. And it won’t be conducted in normal operation. If error is detected (Brake drop), it will be conducted.
During LRT operation, do not access car top, hoistway. Car will be moved.
The system is normal but a car is not moved even with up/down signal:
7.2. After RE calibration, the car direction should be checked by pressing pendant switch whether the direction is correct.
