TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE: Pay attention to put the electric actuator lightly in the transportation, forbid barbaric assembling and unassembling the actuator, conditional assemble and unassemble products under the weight models with forklifts to avoid product damage. The electric actuator should store in noncorrosive atmospheres environment, it will not take more than a year and a half. Otherwise, add lubricating oil, grease and re-test.

The AI/MI range of intelligent actuator is driven by 3 phase asynchronism electromotor which finally rotate the output shaft through the worm and worm gear. With the shift mechanism the actuator can be operated handly or electrically: When the handle of the shift mechanism is engaged in the manual position, rotating the handwheel will drive the output shaft through the clutch; when actuator is operated by electricity, the shift mechanism will return to the electic position automatically and clutch mesh with worm gear then the output shaft is driven by motor. The rotation of output shaft is transmitted to Hall effect pulse sensor through speed mechanism and the axial moving aroused by worm axial force is transmitted to switch mechanism, both of which

INTERNAL POWER SUPPLY
ESD protection signal could exceed any existing local and remote signal. Responding to ESD, actuator could open valve or close valve, even keep the current position. ESD is available under the contact maintained. Actuator is active once contact closing or breaking. Without special demand, the manufacture setting: high signal is available (contact closing), the responding of ESD is to close the valve. ESD cannot exceed the motor overheat protection 、 local-stop、interlock startup or spare interrupt relay.The setting of ESD can modify by remote controller(refers to AI/MI range installation and maintenance instruction).

INTERLOCK CONTROL The wiring of the interlock system on traditional actuators, such as “main valve and branch valve ” of steam device could realize the interlock by contact S1-S4.Interlock is available to local or remote control. The default setting of interlock is OFF, it can be set ON by the remote controller(refers to AI/MI range installation and maintenance instruction).

Remote control input takes the ray-isolation interface, which can bear 2KV high voltage.Standard actuator is anode switch control(Cathode switch control selected). FUCTIONS OF HART A-A
Communication function of HART fieldbus(Available option)。 All the states and parameters can be obtained with the HART communication, and most parameters can be set by HART. Data of actuator: (1) Operating parameters:it includes position value, input signal, operating state, action times, fault signal etc.They are transmitted from the actuator to the host by HART.
