3.2 Main views detailed Initial view after power-up of the controller, is the fuel level and hour counter The hour counter starts when the engine speed exceeds 800 min-1 The decimal indicator (.) will blink during counting Fuel level: Fuel level is measured by means of a 0,5…4,5 VDC fuel level sender in the main fuel tank. A negativ fuel level indicates an incorrect signal due to a sensor failure or wiring defect

Vessel pressure: Vessel pressure is measured by means of a 0,5…4,5 VDC sender in the load valve manifold. A negativ pressure indicates an incorrect signal due to a sensor failure or wiring defect
7
3.2 Main views detailed Engine rpm: Engine rpm is measured by the engine electronics (EIC) and transmitted to the Xc2002 over Canbus. The value is only available when the engine is running
Battery voltage: The voltage is measured at the voltage in of the controller A too low value will case a “charge fail” warning
Service timers: The counter countes down to “0” meaning that the maintenance is due If not reset, a “service” warning will be displayed at every start-up
8
3.2 Main views detailed Event logs: Up to 20 events can be logged. shutdowns, service timer resets, software downloads
LOG list Alarms list: Displays all active alarms ( warnings & shutdowns).
Alarm list 2 Alarm(s) Parameter: Opens subview where different parameters can be viewed and modified
Parameter SW version: Shows version of currently loaded firmware
9
3.2 Main views detailed Coolant temperature: Coolant temperature is measured by the engine electronics (EIC) and transmitted to the Xc2002 over Canbus
Engine oil pressure : Engine oil pressure is measured by the engine electronics (EIC) and transmitted to the Xc2002 over Canbus

5 Alarm list details When an alarm is triggered, a pop-up screen will appear on the display and the alarm led wiIl be activated.(continuous for a warning, on-off for a shutdown) When the alarm is acknowledged (only that alarm in the popup screen), the alarm will disappear when the fault is corrected (blinking led will then burn continuously) “Acknowledge is done by pressing the ENTER button. An “Unacknowledged” shutdown will prevent the compressor from starting. Unacknowledged alarm:
Acknowledged alarm:
The alarm pop-up will disappear when pressing the BACK button. Active alarms can be viewed by entering the Alarm list. Remark: “Sensor failure W” -> sensor failure, at compressor side, casing a Warning “Sensor failure S” -> sensor failure, at compressor side, casing a Shut down

8 Operation START
If the unit is in Local control it can be started with this button. Xc2002 will power up the EIC and initiate the Canbus communication. This can take a few seconds, showing a “WAIT” pop-up on the display. When Canbus communication is ok, Xc2002 will check if EIC is preheating the engine. The display will show a “Preheat “ pop-up. After preheating or if no preheat was needed, the Xc controller will start the engine. The starter motor is activated till the engine reaches 800rpm After a warm-up to +40°C at 1300 rpm, with a max. of 5 minutes, the compressor is ready for loading: the LOAD led will blink When loaded the first time, the engine speed will be raised to max. rpm for 7 sec. Then the regulation system comes in action to adjust the speed. If the LOAD button is applied during the “warming up” fase, LOAD led will blink fast and unit will automatically load when “warming up is finished. When during Loaded operation the LOAD button is applied, load valve will be deactivated and compressor will run in NoLoad at 1300rpm.
24
8 Operation STOP
Compressor can be stopped with this button. If compressor was running in LOAD the load valve will be deactivated and unit will return to NoLoad (1300rpm). After 5 minutes cooldown, the engine will be stopped. If running in NoLoad when stopping , then cooldown time will be 5 minutes minus the time the unit has been running in NoLoad. If compressor has not been loaded there will be no cooldown time. If ON/OFF button is switched to OFF with the unit running, the same procedure will be followed as when the “stop button” was pushed.
25
8 Operation AUTOMATIC
This compressor can be remotely controlled (start-stop-load-noload) trough digital inputs The automatic button switches between local and remote mode. When the “Automatic” led is lid , the unit is in remote control and start /stop buttons on the controller cannot be used.
