ZXRAN V9200 Module and Grounding cable Installation ◼

V9200 and GPS Panel shall be firmly installed with all screws in cabinet specified in the Engineering Design Pack. V9200 dan GPS Panel harus dipasang dengan benar semua sekrup di kabinet yang

ditentukan dalam Design Pack ◼

V9200 shall be equipped with one anti-static wrist strap. V9200 harus dilengkapi dengan satu tali pergelangan tangan anti-statis.



Cable distribution shall not influence the heat-radiating channel of V9200 or the rack, Keep 1 U free space for heat dissipation. Distribusi kabel tidak mempengaruhi saluran pemancar panas

V9200 atau rak, simpan 1 U ruang kosong untuk disipasi panas. ◼

V9200 and GPS Panel shall be equipped Grounding cable connected to busbar. V9200 dan GPS

panel harus dilengkapi dengan kabel grounding terkoneksi ke busbar.

GPS Panel shall be firmly installed with all screws in cabinet specified in the Engineering Design Pack. V9200 dan GPS Panel

harus dipasang dengan benar semua sekrup di kabinet yang ditentukan dalam Design Pack ◼

V9200 and GPS Panel shall be equipped Grounding cable connected to busbar. V9200 dan GPS panel harus dilengkapi

dengan kabel grounding terkoneksi ke busbar. ◼

The GPS Arrester shall be tightened on GPS panel. GPS Arrester harus terpasang dengan kuat di GPS Panel. 24

After GPS feeder and Cable power RRU is grounded, the grounding clip should be sealed by the way of "1+3+3": First wrap 1 layer of insulation tape, then 3 layers of waterproof tape and finally 3 layers of UV-proof tape.

Cables Used Cable Routing Description When the ZXRAN V9200 is installed on the L-shaped rack, cables

should be routed in the following ways: ⚫

Power cables and grounding cables should be bent toward the left, bound to the binding holes along the front left side and the

upper part of the L-shaped rack, and routed to the PVC cable trough at the upper left side of the L-shaped rack. ⚫

The signal cables of the boards in the left slots are bent to the left

lug of the shelf and routed downwards to the cable tray of the cabling and ventilation unit. The signal ca- bles are routed to the right lug of the shelf along the cable tray and then routed up-

-The power cable cannot be directly connected to the power terminal of the DCPD. It must be crimped into a tube terminal first. - Crimping pliers must be used. Otherwise, poor connection may be resulted in. -After the cable is inserted into the tube terminal, use the crimping pliers to crimp the tube terminal

DC Power cable plugs are securely seated

Select a proper tube terminal based on the cross sectional area of the power cable. Too large a tube terminal may lead to poor connection, while too small a tube terminal may make the connection be difficult.

Peel off the insulation layer of the power cable, leaving 0.5 - 1 mm of the wires outside the tube terminal after the cable is inserted into the terminal, as shown in the right figure.
