OWNER’S MANUAL engine exhaust WAR NING : Don ’t inbre athe the exhau sted gas of the vehic le. Beca use it conta ins the carb on monox ide( CO), and it may make you fall in fain t or death whe n you inbrea the it. Anyhow,when you find the exhausted gas coming into the car, you should work out the reason and deal with it as soon as possible.If you want to go on driving, you should open all the windows. In order to avoid the suddenness, please abide by the following preventive items.
Maintainance: Always keep the engine exhaust system, body and air circulate system in the right operated condition. And confirm exhausted system has no unstuck and broken place. We advice you: If the following happens, please do the general inspection and maintenance. When you change your engine oil. When you find the exhausting sound is different from before. When there is some broken or destroy on your exhausted system. When your vehicle is hitted by others. In addition,you also need to do maintenance termly

according to chapter 13th. Air cir cula te syste m: Confirm the air circulate system can work normally and confirm the front air circulate cover are not covered by some snow, leaves and other fraises. Daily operation: We advice you do not start the engine for a long time when the vehicle is parking.Because it may incur the carbon monoxide(CO) coming into the vehicle due to the unproper maintaining or the break of the exhausted system.Except when you enter or exit a parking plot , trying to avoid starting the engine there.And try to avoid snow or other things pile up near the exhaust pipe ,in order not

Catalytic converter
Catalytic converter is the exhausted controlling equipment ,it is installed in the exhausted system to reduce the pollution of the exhaustion.

If it is difficult to start,frequently flameout or there is some stange sound&bursted shock,you should send your vehicle to service center to examine and repair as soon as possible.This high chassis and narrow body vehicle is used for Leisure and travelling , so this design makes the body is higher than the normal vehicle. The higher body design give s you a good view and have the advantage to avoid the accident. Though this auto can not turning at
high speed but can supply you a good overpass performance. Warni ng: If poss ible ,try to avoid rap id turni ng or fast brak e,in ord er not to let the vehicl e out of contro l or tur n over. Ada pti ng t er m: For a new vehicle,the friction between every running spare parts is large, as the vehicle run and the running spare parts adapt each other,the friction is getting lower and lower.So, we advice you to notice the following item before you run 1600kms,this will be benefit for the later operation and the economic performance. Do not overrun 90km/h. Do not keep the same speed when run too long time. Do not trample the fuel fiercely when start vehicle. Beside urgent case, do not make sudden stop,especially before the 13

Password anti-theft recognizable system(option)
Key code Your vehicle is attached with 3 keys.We advice you write down the number of your key on your notebook;We advice you take one spare key in your pocket.If you lose all the keys,please contact with service center.
When insert the key into the ignition switch,the chipset of the key will send the password to the vehicle and compare it with ID number which store in the vehicle in advance.If the password is consistent with the ID number,so the engine will start, or the engine can’t start.
Key ( with anti-theft recognizable system)(option) Your vehicle is attached with 3 password keys.The black key is the main key ,other 2 grey keys are spare key.Only these 19
three keys can start your engine. War ning : You are not allow ed to cha nge the pass word antithe ft restr ain syst em. Not ice: 1. Due to your main key have the function to copy the ID code to spare key and the spare key can enter into anti-theft system.So,you need use the main key to copy a spare key when you lose your spare key.You must place your main key into a safe place. 2. If you lose your main key,please contact with service center as soon as possible.

When you prepare to copy a spare key ,you must take the main key and its number to the dealer to make it.So we advice you write down the number of your key on your notebook. Notice: You can register and copy no more than three spare keys.

When an accident is happened, all the door will be open after 3 seconds, and ring three times.And the danger warning lamp will coruscate.If inner room lamp switch is on the position of “DOOR”,the room lamp will shine. After impact detective vehicle door releasing system effect,the vehicle door can’t close, neither the danger warning lamp and inner lamp can’t turn off within 10 seconds. After the door can be lock,turn the ignition switch “OFF -ON”or press danger
warning lamp button or room lamp button twice ,in order to turn off the danger warning lamp and room lamp. If it begins to ring when you open the ignition switch,it means this system function is wrong,you should send the vehicle to service center to reqair it.

Vehicle door lock/unlock Turn the key to vehicle head direction ,then you can lock the door,turn the key to vehicle rear direction,then the door is opened. Draw the outer door handle,then the door is opened.If there is center lock system in the vehicle,then other doors will be locked automaticly or unlock when you lock or unlock the driver’s door.
Use the lock button lock or Insideto handle unlock the vehicle lock When you press down the lock button ,can lock the door, draw up the lock button,then can open the door. You also can press down the lock button first,then draw up the outer door handle,close the door,so the door is locked. When you close the rear door ,the door is locked , It is not necessary to draw up the handle. If there is a center lock in the vehicle,when you lock or open the driver’s door ,other doors will be lock or unlock automatically. 24

Child safety lock is used for when child draw up the inside door handle ,the door open and make an

All the power window can be control by the main switch which is on driver’s door.When the window lock is on “OFF”,other power windows can’t move except driver’s window. Recloser: When ignition switch is at ”ON” position ,keeping draw up the power of recloser window ,it will keep rising, when you keep press the recloser window,it will keep dropping down(automatic model). When pressing the recloser completely, the window will be down auotomaticly,only pull the recloser in reverse derection slightly, the window will stop in midway.When the window reach the bottom, the recloser will stop automaticly.
Window switch: When both ignition switch and window switch are at “ON” position,keeping draw up window switch ,the window will keeping draw up; when keeping press down power window switch, the window will keep down. to avoid scrape the bonnet or damage the wiper and wiper arm. Do not use any tools to open the bonnet,this will damage the bonnet lock.
How to open the bonnet? Draw up the lock lever which under driver’s dash board inside the driver’s cabin. The bonnet release wrench located under the front of bonnet, turn up the wrench then you can open the bonnet. Caution: When the wiper arm or wiper hold up,do not open the bonnet
Bonnet knighthead: Insert the knighthead into the hole of bonnet. 29

How to clos e t he b onnet ? 1. Put the knighthead of bonnet back to heroriginal position and hold the bonnet at the mean time. 2. Put down the bonnet and press down the bonnet slowly .

Loc k t he d oor or u nlock : Turn the key clockwise you can lock the tail door. Turn the key counter-clockwise you can open the tail door. If there is center lock in vehicle,when you lock or unlock driver’s door, the tail door will lock or unlock as well.

How to open the tai l d oor? Draw up the outer handle of the tail door then you can open the tail door from outside. How to lock the tai l d oor? Before you close the tail door confirm there is no goods intervene the tail door.

How to open fuel tank cap? Turn the fuel tank cap in Counterclockwise ,then you can open it. How to open the fue l fill cov er? Pull up the fuel fill cover remote handle then the cover will open.

If you put any thing between steering wheel and driver or between passenger and dashboard,when the vehicle is impacted at front, the airbag will work unproperly and hurt you seriouly. If your hand hold the panel of the steering wheel when the vehicle is impacted at front.,you may seriously hurt.
Main parts: The driver’s airbag is installed on steering wheel. The passenger’s airbag is installed on upper right position of dash board. The ECU is installed under centre console. SRS lamp is to remind you the check when the airbag not act. ECU have a function of self diagnostic, when the start switch ”on”, the SRS lamp will shine 54
for 6 seconds.If there is no other thing happen,the SRS lamp will die after 6 seconds and selfdiagnostic will transfter model to normal diagnostic model. You should offen inspect whether electric system and parts action is good or not.In normal diagnostic model, if there is any bad happen, the SRS lamp will shine to remind driver. ECU have be equipped with 2 group of capacitor as spare power supply,in order to defend power break when the vehicle is impacted at front.

Caution: If ambient temperature approach 0℃ ,dehumidify equipment won’t work.
The air which turns cold suddenly may bring mirage by the air-vent ,this is not fault. The air condition will automaticly turn off when the vehicle air condition works too long time and the engine coolant rises too hot. When you jam on accelerate pedal to speedup, the compressor will stop for a while to help speedup. The air conditioning will cut off automaticly when vehicle runs at a long distant up slope and the engine coolant is too hot. It will cut off air conditioning when you suddenly jam on accelerate pedal.

Battery wire connect
1.
If the succor battery is on another vehicle,they
must keep some distance.Turn off all lamp and electric equipment which don’t use. Put shift lever to “N”(MT) or “P”(AT). 2. Remove all cover on battery or succor battery. 3. Start the vehicle which is equiped with succor battery and rotating several minutes at speed of 2000 r/min. 4. Make sure ignition switch of the vehicle which need succor on “LOCK”position. The above photo shows how to connect battery.Connect it from vehicle body without painting of the succor battery and far away from the succor battery.When you connect battery,don’t lean the battery and confirm it is steady. Backout the wire in opposite process,first cathode wire and then anode wire. If your engine still can’t start by succor battery or you can’t find out why the battery is empty,go to service center make inspection please.

Notice Following the maintained process to make spare wheel maintain. Cauti on Don’t install the wheel which is not allowed. Discharge the spare wheel There is a lock core on spare wheel bolt,before discharging the spare wheel,make the key of your vehicle revolve and then it is unlock. After disentangling 3 nuts,you can discharge the spare wheel. Place spare wheel Put spare wheel on the shaft and use 20-30N.m force to tighten it.

Put on wheel nuts once again and screw down completely, confirm the nuts mergence in wheel nut hole. Don’t screw down too tighten. Caution Don’t put oil on nuts, or it will make nuts become loose.

Start engine and warm to normal temperature,check whether coolant leak from drain water plug,if leak,it means water drain plug install unproperly. 18. Drive for a short distance and then check coolant level, if coolant reduce,fill proper mixed coolant into vice water tank until “FULL”position.

4. Backout 3 firm bolts on lower case of air filter, then take out lower cover.
5. Backout link wire of ignition switch. 6. Release 2 nuts on ignition switch, then remove ignition switch. 7. Keep anti-dust sleeve on the end of sparking plug,remove spark plug wire.Don’t connect with sparking plug and don’t pull wire body. 8. Use wrench of sparking plug to release spark plug and take off. 9. Check the color of dirt on skirt of sparking plug insulator,if it is not brown,go to service center and inspect please. 10. Use spark plug clearance ruler to check the clearance of new spark plug. If necessary,bend the cathode to adjust clearance between anode and cathode. Find out the reason of damage and solve it before installing new fuse, if there is any difficult,go to service center to make systemly inspect. 1. Turn ignition switch to“OFF” and take off dash board cover. 2. Press down the protrudent section and take off fuse box cover. 3. Make sure disabled parts have already turn off.
