PMB (permanent magnetic breaker) for Longitudinal way
In order to remove table top from the body, it is necessary to remove table stopper at each end of table top. (not appearing in the picture here) Please see following parts details to get more information. 1. PMB for longitudinal way. One of the most important parts in table mechanic. Single breaker holds entire table top of longitudinal way so the strength of the breaker is high. If there is malfunctioning of this PMB, please

check this part. And usually, the gap adjustment is required when the breaking function is too hard or too low. In order to adjust the gap between the breaker and table top, please open the screws little bit and fix the height of PMB. (there are 4 screws) If the gap is too narrow, table would stop at very light weight engagement, in the other way (if the gap is too far), the breaker will give loud sound when it works. So keep the appropriate distance.

PMB for Transverse way, sometimes table top or other reasons can make the power line scratched then short circuited condition may occur problems.
Also if necessary, please adjust the height of breaker with screw bolts position
There are 2 transverse PMB on the table at each end.

Once you see grid lines on the X-ray image, it is necessary to check inside grid operation. The solenoid push grid bar at Ready mode and release it at EXPOSURE stage, then grid is shaking during X-ray time. And it is required to check if solenoid can push the bar enough since sometimes it does not push the bar enough due to the distance.
If solenoid does not have working voltage, it would not operate correctly. So check the voltage supply to Solenoid.
Sometimes,
the
distance
between solenoid and bucky bar is not proper, solenoid can’t push it efficiently. If necessary move the solenoid position and check the function.

Table PCB location You can approach it from rear side of Table. The rear panel should be opened.
Check each input & output and fuses – if EMB or PMB of table get short-circuited, the fuse would be blown up. In case the fuse(s) go blow again and again, it is necessary
to
