ELevator have to finish hoistway learning before high speed running. The conditions below are neccesary before hoistway learning: 1.Top/bottom limit switch and top/bottom terminal switch are installed ,connection is correct. 2.Up/down leveling zone switch and shelter board are installed ,connection is correct. 3.Safety circuit and door interlock circuit are normal. 4.General parameters and running parameters have been set. 5.Elevator can perform inspection running. 6.If inverter is YASKAWA G7 and above 18.5KW ,please check if the junction of inverter braking unit in the bottom left corner of the control cabinet is on 415V(Open the grey cover). Before hoistway learning, the system should be in inspection state and elevator should press the bottom limit switch.If elevator don't located at the bottom limit position,"To Down Limit"will be displayed Press slow down button as to move the elevator to bottom limit.If elevator is at bottom limit and " Enter To Start" is displayed(Elevator State:Up leveling zone X9 is valid,down leveling zone X10 takes off from shelter board ),press "Enter" key,elevator starts to perform hoistway learning(Elevator state : bottom limit X6 is reset ,then down leveling zone X10 come into the leveling zone).Hoistway learning stops at top limit (Elevator state:when arriving the top floor , up leveling zone X9 takes off from shelter board ,then top limit switch act )."Success" will be displayed if hoistway leaning is finished successfully.Please strictly perform hoistway learning according to the steps above ,otherwise hoistway learning may fail."Failure LER=#" will be displayed if there is a fault,you should solve the problem by fault code at first. If you want to escape from hoistway learning ,press "Esc" key,then "LER=15" displayed.
