Introduction to Doosan Service Training Mission • Doosan Global Training provides dealers with quality-service training programs. Doosan’s best products as well as best service will be maintained by knowledge and performance skill. Doosan has the mission to educate dealer technicians and service managers on Doosan products. • Doosan training will focus on teaching one representative technician for each dealer. One well trained technician can distribute his/her knowledge to other members in an efficient way.

Training Program • Doosan has 4 level category to find out participant’s exact skill level and provide appropriate training programs. Courses

BASIC

• This level covers understanding of basic symbol, circuit, simple system and basic function of products • Basic level courses are available at Nex2U

• Basic Hydraulics / Basic Electrics • Basic Excavator / Basic Wheel Loader Training • DX / Solar Operation & Maintenance Training • DL / Mega Operation & Maintenance Training

INTERMEDIATE

• 2nd level delivers product based courses to give in-depth understanding of each product • Trainee will have a chance to learn how to approach problems and troubleshooting

• DX Excavator Training / 4 Day Course • Solar Excavator Training / 4 Day Course • DL Wheel Loader Training / 4 Day Course • Mega Wheel Loader Training / 4 Day Course

ADVANCED

• At this level, trainees will be more focusing on specific components • Trainee will have a chance to disassemble and re-assemble components

MASTER

• Master level course is designed for enhancing comprehensive understanding of Doosan Product through high level trouble shooting & Discussion process. • This course helps new dealer to setup their service operation

Description

This course covers DX Excavators with electrical engine. Participants will learn hydraulics system and electrical system in the classroom and will perform testing and adjusting procedure, troubleshooting through hands-on session.

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the participants will be able to : • Understand hydraulic system and trace the oil flow • Understand electrical system and explain operation of panel and switches • Disassemble and assemble hydraulic components • Perform proper testing and adjusting • Use DMS diagnostic tool and Engine Diagnostic Tool e-Doctor • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems based on machine system knowledge

Assessment Criteria

• Course participants will write a pre-test before the commencement of the course to determine learning assumed to be in place • Course participants will write a post-test and conduct hands-on test to determine if course objectives have been met

Course Pass mark

• Pass mark : 80% • Certificate will only be issued upon completion of course and achieving a pass mark on the assessment criteria.
