Test-run in Low Speed.

3.1. MSK wiring/line connecting 1. Complete mechanical assembly of car framework and assembly of hoistway, control box etc. mechanical and electronic device. 2. Complete wiring/line connecting required for MSK test-run. To realize MSK running, Governor should be mounted correctly,and safety wedge of car frame could be executed definitely. Common action of governor switch is absolutely forbidden. Connect MSK adapter. Connecting point Adapter 1

① Utilizing STEP control box, therefore, existing Si210, Si270 control box and relevant wiring of MSK operating are different. Thus, please pay much attention when the machine type works. ② Utilize hoistway traveling cable as temporary cable for MSK operating. ③ MSK operating Concept is as follow. ④ Please implement 1LS, 2LS Jump[software jumper, utilize SVC Tool adjustment parameter] 1) Please connect handset operator to port according to right drawing. 2) Please F25 in Funct.Select function. 3) F25 is input signal of X0~X15, X12 is up limit switch, X13 is down limit switch. 4) Please utilize N/C signal of changing drawing X12 and X13. 3) Determine whether voltage on each terminal of transformer in control box comes into normal range.

6) Utilize Handset operator to determine whether EL is in “Inspecting” state. 7) Utilize MSK adapter to implement up and down of remote controller.  Under the abnormal condition, error code 65 occurs, and V phase and W phase are changed mutually.  After determining feedback, if there is jump phenomenon, please determine whether encoder and shield wire are grounded completely. (please conduct comparison on line connecting drawing of ENC cable, please conduct confirming)
