Risk of explosion caused by fuel vapors igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling combustible gases and risk of injury caused by burns during and after operation of heater unit

Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed areas or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves.

Switch heater unit on

Allow heater to run for approx. 5 minutes until it reaches operating temperature under full-load operation.

Measure emission level

Check intake and exhaust pipe as well as hot-air inlet and hot-air outlet for free passage, remove any insulating material

Remove cover (3) from the heater's upper segment Set emission level on potentiometer (2) on the controller board (1)

Turn right: CO 2 content is reduced Turn left: CO 2 content increases If the setting range on the potentiometer is too small: Switch quickly through the setting range twice within a period of 5 seconds going from lock to lock and wait for the remaining time period to expire in the central position. After this the potentiometer's full setting range - shifted towards the first lock moved to - is available again.

Switch heater unit off Fit cover (3) and fasten in place
