6.3. SYSTEM RESET At the first power on of the TE550, it is appropriate to carry out complete reset of the system. To do this, it is sufficient to close jumpers JP4 and JP5 connected to the CPU board (see Chapter 4) and turn on the register; on all displays connected there will appear the following screen for input of the code (Level 2) in order to proceed with setting at zero: CODE ?

0

After the introduction of the code, the system continues with setting the internal memory at zero, informing the operator about the progress of the procedure through messages on the display. At the end, a message communicates the success of the operation and asks the user to restart the register. CAUTION: It is important to remember that on later start-up, for the normal FUNCTIONS of the TE550, jumpers JP4 and JP5 on the CPU board should be reset to open.

Automatic coherence test

After the request to save the parameter changes, the register runs a coherence test of the parameters to prevent correlated parameters with contrasting values from jeopardizing the operation of the register. When incoherence is detected, the system requests that the parameter values in question be checked and returns to the parameter table without saving; it is only to finish saving the parameters when all the incoherent cases have been resolved. PLEASE CHECK PARAMETERS 010 - 015

In the example above the register rejected the request to save and asked the operator to check the values of parameters P010 and P015 (this happens, for example, when the temperature reading is disabled and the compensate volume calculation is left enabled).

6.6.3.

Calibration of the temperature probe

Calibration of the temperature probe consists of consecutive reading of the minimum and maximum values of resistance relative to the range of FUNCTIONS for the PT100. Once access to the calibration is obtained, the system requires reading of minimum resistance (Rmin): first of all it is necessary to be certain that reference resistance is correctly input into the connections of the CMOD board, therefore the operator must input the corresponding value expressed in ohms in the appropriate window, illustrated as follows: RMIN ?

89.5

After having confirmed the value input through key [ENTER], the system requires a similar process also for the resistance maximum (Rmax). At the end of the reading operations, the display shows a summary window in which are indicated the values recovered from the A/D converter for two resistances and the success of the calibration; in case of success, the register automatically memorizes on the CMOD board the parameters relative to the probe.

Calibration of the Density Probe

The calibration of the density probe consists of entering a minimum and maximum current value (4-20mA) relative to the range of use of the device. Once the calibration menu has been accessed the system requests a current value which corresponds to the minimum density (Dmin): It is recommended, however, to do a check if the analogue input of the CMOD board that is to be calibrated shows the correct measurement. If this is the case the operator may enter the corresponding value expressed in kg/m3 into the window, as illustrated: DMIN ?

680.0

After having confirmed the entered value by pressing the ENTER key, the system requests the operator to carry out the same procedure for the maximum density value (Dmax). At the end of this process the system displays a summary of all the returned current values from the A/D converter for the two densities and the calibration result. In the case of a positive result the counter automatically saves the parameters relative to the probe onto the CMOD board. [ENT] CONFERMA

6.11.3. Auto-learning Algorithm

NEW!

The management of the digital valve is entrusted to an algorithm in a position to learn the behaviour of the hydraulic system, constantly improving the precision of the regulation at each intervention. The two main parameters of this algorithm can be verified in the summary window of the test of the corresponding CMOD (see paragraph 4,9): DV K-UP and DV K-DOWN supply an indication according to the answer of the system; initially both coefficients are placed at 1.00: the greater their value, the greater the time that the system requires before the flow capacity commences to be adjusted. IMPORTANT: in order to allow the algorithm to manage the digital valve, in order to learn the behaviour of the system, it is advised to initially carry out some test deliveries, repeatedly passing from the state of low flow to one of high flow (and vice versa).

The flow rate of the product set as Slave is calculated as a percentage of the actual flow rate of the product set as Master (which is always the product making up the highest percentage of the recipe). This means that low and high flow rates of the Slave are always a percentage of the low and high flow rates of the Master.

6.12.2.

Blending Modes

There are two blend modes to choose from, standard and purge mode. Standard mode allows one to deliver a product according to a specific recipe, achieved by regulating the flow rates of the various blend components according to a recipe. Purge mode adds the ability to deliver a set amount of the component previously set as Master after the end of the main delivery. This allows one to flush the pipeline and ensure a better quality blend when the procedure is restarted later.

TE550 Manual

CALIBRATION MANUAL A) Standard Mode The Slave product follows the Master product, always keeping to a flow rate set according to a percentage of the Master flow rate in order to achieve the recipe required final blend ratio. Final low flow zone: Low flow rate of the Slave at the end of the delivery is set at a fixed value, which remains stable until the Slave portion of the recipe has been completed, upon which the flow rate is halted. This low flow rate value is entirely independent from the Master flow rate. Master Slave

B) Purge Mode Same as Standard mode, but with added pipeline flush procedure after a set time period (T) from the end of the main delivery. The total flush amount is a fixed value and is always made up of the remaining Master product (held back from the preceeding delivery process) needed to complete the recipe. The flow rate used is the Master product’s previous low flow rate. T: Time set between the end of the main blending procedure and the commencement of the purge flow. Minimum flow limit

As the valve dimensions allow for flow rates only above a certain minimum valve, the flow rates which fall below this limit are held back. The resulting percentage error of missing product builds up to a set value, upon which the product amount suppressed is released into the blend flow. This happens often with products making up only a small percentage of a loaded recipe as it results in the ratio-induced flow rate being too low for the valve to handle. Master

Associated functions

The register provides for 8 completely configurable inputs (1 for CMOD + 4 on CPU card) associated to the meters, as well as the carried out function. The following table summarizes the states that can be associated to each of the inputs:

6.13.2.

Function

Description

Consent

The input is used to supply alarm signals to the register, which are able to stop a delivery in progress or to prevent the predetermination of an amount. The configuration allows one to specify if the interrupted delivery can be resumed (manually or automatically), and to set the number of interruptions which are permitted to take place before the distribution is shut-down definitively.

Force HF

The input is used in order to force the state of high flow during the delivery (IMPORTANT: avoid the simultaneous use of the FORCE LF command!)

Force LF

The input is used in order to force the state of low flow during the delivery (IMPORTANT: avoid the simultaneous use of the FORCE HF command!)

Remote Start

The input is used in order to connect a remote START push-button to the register (with analogous function to that present on the display)

Remote Stop

The input is used in order to connect a remote STOP push-button to the register (with analogous function to that present on the display)

6.14. CONFIGURABLE OUTPUTS 6.14.1.

Description

The CPU board of the TE550 is supplied with 2 configurable O.C. outputs, which cover an immense range of possible applications (for example, the repetition of the valve controls, signalling of a specific state or error, repetition of an external alarm, indication of the selection of a specific product...).

6.14.2.

Configuration

The configuration of the inputs is specified by the corresponding code of the function that is to be assigned; in Appendix 8,5 the summary tables of the codes have been subdivided into categories. 6.15. CONFIGURATION GUIDE 6.15.1.

Introduction

In this paragraph are illustrated procedures to follow for manual configuration of the main functions of the TE550. In order to avoid errors in modification of parameters, it is recommended to read closely Paragraph 6.5. The parameters will be indicated with the capital letter “P” followed by the number in three digits (i.e. P002 shows the parameter 002). For the complete description of all parameters, read Appendix 8.4.

6.15.2.

General: main settings

The first group of parameters that it is necessary to configure is the one relative to the general setting of the electronic register (group 0xx). Description of the system First of all it is necessary to specify, on P003, how many meters are connected to the system. P009 is used to select the type of the meters connected to the TE550: o VOLUMETRIC (the product will be measured as volume) o MASS (the product will be measured as mass) Configuration of display 

Through P032/P033 it is possible to choose how many decimal digits one wishes to show (max. 2 digits) for the partial and preset quantity respectively. P090 allows selection of the level of backlighting for single display (a choice between 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%).

Choice of the unit of measure P011 selects the temperature scale (°C/°F) Use P070 to input the symbol (3 letters) to use for the currency P071 selects the unit of measure of the volume P072 selects the unit of measure of the weight P073 selects the unit of measure of the flow rate P074 selects the unit of measure of the density P075 selects the unit of measure of the pressure Various configurations P050 select the value of reference used for the preset P051 allows recall of the last value input (for the same product) as default quantity for the preset P054 enable Zero-Start option (see paragraph 5.9) P080 select whether or not to require identification of the user: o Not used: no identification required before the preset o PIN: before the preset is required the input of a PIN Configuration of Timer TE550 Manual

115

CALIBRATION MANUAL P040 sets the duration of the stand-by stop status expressed in seconds (an interval during which no pulses may pass in order to consider the delivery concluded) P041 sets after how many seconds of no pulses, the register passes in stand-by stop (see P040) P042 sets the maximum duration of Manual stop; if such an interval is exceeded, the register automatically ends delivery in progress P043 sets the time delay for pump start (before valve command - negative value or after valve command -positive value). P044 sets the time limit for the deadman timer (see paragraph 5.10) o NOT USED: the deadman is deactivated o 1 MIN: the time limit is set to 1 minute o 2 MIN: the time limit is set to 2 minutes o 3 MIN: the time limit is set to 3 minutes o 5 MIN: the time limit is set to 5 minutes. P109 sets the initial time period in which the blend ratio error is not measured (in seconds). P110 sets the time limit (in seconds) counted down by the error timer while the blend ratio tolerance limit is superseded, which when elapsed activates an alarm. Configuration of temperature, density and pressure probes P010 enable or disable temperature reading P014 inputs the reference temperature to use for the calculation of the compensated volume P017 sets the manual temperature to use in the case of error of probe PT100 (see P016) P067 determines the manual pressure to be used in the case of a probe error (see P019). P015 selects which calculation method is to be used to derive, according to the available data, the desired result. (please refer to Paragraph 6.9.2).

6.15.3.

General: error management

Administration errors P020 allows selection of the method used for invalid pulses counting technique: o Not used: invalid pulses are ignored o Continuous: invalid pulses are counted incrementally, will reset to zero on the initiation of every delivery o Decreasing: invalid pulses are counted incrementally, and every n valid pulse (see P025) count of false pulses is decreased by 1. On the initiation of every delivery erroneous pulses are reset to zero. P024 allow selection of the maximum number of invalid pulses allowed for each delivery. P025 (see P020) Through P021 it is possible to specify how to consider pulses rotating in the opposite direction: o Not used: reverse pulses are ignored o Message: if the difference between the reverse pulses and the correct ones exceed the parameter P020, the counter interrupts the loading procedure and displays a message which requires a check of the parameter which corresponds to the correct rotational direction of the encoder. o Spurious: reverse pulses are considered invalid pulses (and added to the spurious) o Decreasing: reverse pulses decrease the totalizer system of the product

TE550 Manual

116

CALIBRATION MANUAL P012/P013 input respectively the minimum and maximum threshold values for the temperature alarm (matching the scale selected, see P011): if the probe shows a temperature beyond a such range, the register communicates error status (see P016) P016 allows specification of action in case of error in temperature reading sensor PT100: o Not used: the error of the temperature probe is shown but does not stop the delivery o T.manual: in case of error the system uses manually input temperature (see P017) o Error: the error of the temperature probe causes the delivery to stop automatically o Latest good value: in case of error, the system uses the latest good temperature value detected (if any). o

o

P018 specifies how to react in the case of an error in the density sensor reading o Not used: the error of the density probe is shown but does not stop the delivery o T.manual: in case of error the system uses the manually input density (see P063, P656) o Error: the error of the density probe causes the delivery to stop automatically o Latest good value: in case of error, the system uses the latest correct density value detected (if any). P019 specifies how to react in the case of an error in the pressure sensor reading o Not used: the error of the pressure probe is shown but does not stop the delivery o T.manual: in case of error the system uses the manually input pressure (see P067) o Error: the error of the pressure probe causes the delivery to stop automatically o Latest good value: in case of error, the system uses the latest correct pressure value detected (if any). P060/P061 respectively set out the minimum and maximum threshold for the report of density values which are too low or too high. (according to the selected measurement unit, see P074): if the probe receives a density value which is outside the correct range, the system reports an error. P065/P066 respectively set out the minimum and maximum threshold for the report of pressure values which are too low or too high. If the probe receives a pressure value which is outside the correct range, the system reports an error. P023 allows specification of the quantity of product that should pass through closed valves because it is considered leakage (expressed in volume/10) P026 specifies the maximum flow rate that may be attained during the leakage without the keyboard being blocked; if such value is exceeded, the system stops the operator from planning and initiating a new delivery until the end of the leakage. P053 determines after how many days an old entry in the register may be replaced by a new one. P213/P238/P263/P288 activate the power supply tests of the encoders connected to the CMOD1/2/3/4 P111 specifies the blend ratio error tolerance limit (in %), i.e the discrepancy between the recipe required ratio and the achieved ratio (of each product). Example: Tolerance setting: 8% Recipe: 80% PRODUCT 1, 20% PRODUCT 2 Valid blend result is within: (80±6.4)% of PRODUCT 1 (20±1.6)% of PRODUCT 2

Meter

The parameters relative to the measures are in group 2xx. As follows are listed the parameters to modify for the configuration of the first meter; to obtain the number of parameters similar with reference to another meter, consult the complete table contained in Appendix 8.4. Characteristics meter 1 P200 allow assignment of a name to the meter; such string is present in the delivery ticket (see Chapter 5) and is used every time that the register refers to the same meter (i.e. in the calibration function). P201 set the value of the cyclical volume (matching the unit of measure input for volume, see P071). P202 select the type of encoder connected to the meter (single channel, 90° shifted phase) P203 shows the correct direction of rotation P204 set the number of pulses for each turn of the encoder P212 select the type of valve connected to the meter (two stage, digital) Meter 1 Valve P215 set the flow rate tolerance value when the digital value is used (see P212) P217 set the volume gap for low to high flow switch (during delivery start-up). P218 set the volume gap for high to low flow switch (during preset approaching). P219 set the volume gap (1/10 unit) for low to stop switch. Meter 1 errors P208/P209 set the minimum and maximum allowable preset volume. P210/P211 set the minimum and maximum allowable flow rate. P206 set the PT100 static error (refer to the scale selected from the parameter P011) P213 activates the power supply test of the encoder (negative test result leads to an error message being shown). Various configurations of meter 1 (CMOD1) P205 set the equivalence among one pulse and the product measured (the unit is the same of presetting parameter - P050). If the parameter is input at 0, the exit of repetition pulses is disabled. CAUTION: according to the flow rate, if the parameter assumes small values, the repetition of pulses would not function correctly (max. 400 pulses per second) P220 activates the smart closing function for the auto-learning process regarding the closure of the valves at the end of a delivery.

6.16. LINEARIZATION CURVE 6.16.1. Description Unlike the static error (that is always valid), the linearization curve of the meter is used to specify the committed errors at definie flowrate values. The TE550 can store up to 10 linearization points per product.

Err (‰)

Err (‰)

Flowrate (l/min)

Min Flowrate

Max flowrate

Flowrate (l/min)

Min flowrate

Max flowrate

The pictures above show two different curves: the 10 points are defined by [error; flowrate] dyad. It is not necessary to distribute regularly the points between minimum and maximum flowrate values: it is possible to concentrate them where the error variation increases (see the example above). IMORTANT: in the linearization curve, the error values of adjacent points cannot differ for more than 2,5‰.

6.16.2. Parameters The TE550 can store up to 12 linearization curves, one per product. The following example refers to product 1. P602.. P611: set the flowrate values of the 10 linearization points (accordino to the u.o.m. selected by parameter P073) P612.. P621: set the error values of the 10 linearization points. The error is expressed in tenths of ‰ (e.g. to define an error equal to 7,5‰ set parameter to 75). As described before, the maximum variation between adjacent error points cannot exceed 25 (equal to 2,5‰).

TE550 Manual

121

CALIBRATION MANUAL

6.16.3. Procedure to calculate the linearization points In order to trace the linearization curve, it is necessary to compare the TE550 measured volume to a Master, at different flowrates. Before starting to calculate the linearization points, it is strictly suggested to calibrate the meter in order to define the static error (refer to Paragraph 6.6.2). Generally, the linearization points are set to the minimum and maximum flowrate, and at least two middle points. To increase the accuracy of the correction, it is necessary to add extra middle points The follwing table can be used as guideline in calculating the values of the parameter referred to the linearization curve (the following example refers to product 1).

Downloading a custom language

Importing a new custom language can be done with any serial communication program (for example HyperTerminal by Windows), by configuring the serial port to 9600 bits/s, parity N, 8 data bits and 1 stop bit (if the =+ option is present, it has to be enabled).. To start the downloading procedure the jumper JP4 on the CPU board needs to be closet and the system rebooted, in this condition the register cannot use the normal work cycle and only communicates via the serial port (the displays are not used). It is necessary to use the COM port used for PC communication (it is automatically set in RS232); for the connection use a null-modem cable. When rebooting the terminal screen will display a message asking to press the [SPACE] key in order to access the language download menu: Press [SPACE] to start downloader..

TE550 Manual

123

CALIBRATION MANUAL The menu shows the following options, which can be selected by pressing the relative key (CAPITAL) indicated between brackets: =========================================== TE550 LANGUAGE DOWNLOADER ------------------------------------------[L] – Load from file [D] – Load default [W] – Write to FLASH [E] – Erase FLASH ===========================================

To be able to save a new language in Flash ([W] key) it is necessary to temporarily import it in the memory with the [L] key it is possible to download a new language taking it from a file, with the [D] key it is possible to download the default language. After pressing the [L] key, the register stand by for the data to start being sent (the file must be sent as standard ASCII text file), if the standby exceeds 30 seconds the system returns to the main menu: > Waiting for data RX (*.LNG)

During uploading of the file the integrity of the received data is checked by checking the checksum in four points, the outcome is displayed for each of these: > Part 1/4 completed - CRC: 0x3CF0 > CRC: OK. > Part 2/4 completed - CRC: 0xA052 > CRC: OK. > Part 3/4 completed - CRC: 0x72E9 > *** WARNING: INVALID CRC (0x2E88) *** > Part 4/4 completed - CRC: 0x41BD > *** WARNING: INVALID CRC (0x54CC) *** > Download completed.

If an invalid checksum is shown for one or more parts, it is necessary to repeat the file downloading operation because the data were received incorrectly. To save the downloaded language in one of the 4 locations available on Flash, press [W] on the main menu after having selected the one to be written, the system will communicate the outcome of the operation: > Writing FLASH # 1... > Done.

At the end of importing the language, it is necessary to remove jumper JP4 and reboot the register.

6.18.6.

Calibration

The electronic register can memorize the history of the calibration performed up to a maximum of 5000 modified parameters, with a limit of 500 parameters per calibration session (further modifications will not be included in the history). Information memorized, in this case, is: Date and time of the calibration ID of the user that performed the calibration List of the modified parameters

6.18.7.

Hardware test

This type of event holds information relative to the hardware test performed. Information memorized for this type of event is: Date and time in which the test began ID of the user that performed the test Type of test run

For detailed information relative to hardware test, see Chapter 4.

6.18.8.

Crash

This type of event holds information relative to the status of the system before the reboot. The memorized information for this type of event is: Reboot date and time Status of LKI (1..4) Number of the last refreshed LKI Index of the last command sent to LKI Index of the last command sent to CMOD Index of the last command sent to printer Index of the last command sent to serial port Index of the last procedure performed by CPU

6.18.9.

Partial reset

This type of event hold information relative to the partial reset performed. The memorized information for this type of event is: Date and time Operator ID code Type of partial reset performed

6.18.10. Events printout For each of the previously described events it is possible to print out a summary containing all the significant data. If the function key [F1 ►] is pressed while displaying the list, all the events on the list will be printed; to print the data fro only one of these, it is necessary to first display the event details, then press the key [F1 ►]. PRESS ENTER TO PRINT…

Before starting the printing process, the register will ask for additional confirmation: to cancel the process press the [CLEAR] key and [ENTER] to continue.

6.18.11. Events and totalizers reset The reset of events (or reset of events + totalizers) command erases data memory restoring default conditions. This procedure is not reversible, so a confirmation is requested before proceeding. As the other partial resets, this command is stored as event in the data memory (see Chapter 6). RESET ? YES NO

WARNING: the reset procedure can not be stopped or cancelled, so a previous print of the current important events is strictly recommended.

6.19. MODIFICATION OF ACCESS CODES 6.19.1.

Description of the multilevel structure

TE550 offers two modes of functioning, work and calibration, and in each of them it is possible to have access – upon input of a code – to private information and operations. The system recognizes two types of codes, Level1 and Level2, both able to be modified in the calibration phase. Through the input of the first level code it is possible to access – in work – the file of the delivery performed (for example to print the duplicate of a ticket); the input of the second level code allows access to the calibration menu (with or without limitations according to the status of the internal switch, see introduction to Chapter 6). TE550 Manual

131

CALIBRATION MANUAL

6.19.2.

Modification of access codes

After having selected the item CODES from main menu, the system ask for the code to modify: CODES LEVEL 1 LEVEL 2

Using [F3 ▼] and [F4 ▲] it is possible to show the item desired: [ENTER] to confirm or [CLEAR] to return to the main menu. After having selected the Level, the system requires the current code (in case of Level 1 the current code will blink as a default value): if the number is recognized as valid, the register requests insertion of the value of the new code. CAUTION: if the new code is equal to another code already present, the system will not consider it as valid and will require a new value. CURRENT CODE ?

111111

6.19.3.

NEW CODE ?

0

Loss of the code

The code of Level 2 allows access to operations that may compromise functions of the register, so it is recommended to keep it in a secure location. In case of loss of Level 1 code, it’s possible to show it on display: as illustrated in the paragraph above, requiring modification of Level 1 code the current value will blink in the input box as a default value. In case of loss of the Level 2 code, it is not possible to show the current value, but it’s possible to set a new code with an emergency procedure. To do this, first of all it’s necessary to move the internal calibration switch, therefore, at the request of the access code, insert the pre-set code (see Appendix 8.4): if such value does not correspond to the code currently present, the system will interpret it as a request for modification and pass to the request of a new value (at the end of this operation, the register will lead normally to the calibration menu). NEW CODE ?

6.20. ERROR MESSAGES 6.20.1. Printer errors The first category of errors that can be verified during the work of the register concern the printer. Warning messages appear on the display of the meter involved. It is still possible to ignore this type of errors and terminate the delivery: when message appears it is necessary to press the stop button relative to the display of the meter involved to access to the request code relative to cancellation of printing.

Miscellaneous errors

During the calibration, the only errors that may be verified are those relative to the hardware used for the memorization of the parameters and events. When the modifications of parameters are saved, a copy of the entire table is memorized on FLASH: if this operation is not possible or is corrupted, the relative error message appears on the display (see following example):

ERR. 003 To terminate signaling of the error, press [CLEAR]. The complete description of all errors coded is reported in Appendix 8.5.

Description of errors

This is a list of all the coded errors of the electronic counter with a short description followed by advice for solving the problem. The definition of “BLOCKED” indicates that once the error has manifested itself, it is not possible to start or continue the unloading process. The system will automatically resume functioning once the error has been solved. The indication “CONFIGURABLE” indicates that the response to the error is dependant on the values of some parameters. 001: RAM ERROR– CONFIGURABLE The data in the Ram memory has been corrupted and it is therefore no longer usable. In the case of this error please check if the battery jumper JP1 on the CPU board is properly closed. 002: FLASH ERROR – CONFIGURABLE This message appears when it was not possible to read or write on the FLASH memory. In the case of this error it is recommended to reset the counter to zero. 003: PARAMETER ERROR – CONFIGURABLE The data corresponding to the parameters in the Ram memory has been corrupted and it is therefore no longer usable. In the case of this error please check if the battery jumper JP1 on the CPU board is properly closed. 004: TOTALIZER ERROR – CONFIGURABLE The data corresponding to the totalizer in the Ram memory has been corrupted and it is therefore no longer usable. In the case of this error please check if the battery jumper JP1 on the CPU board is properly closed. 005: SERIAL DISPLAY ERROR - BLOCKED This message appears when there is a malfunction in the serial connection with the LKI module. 006: SERIAL PRINTER ERROR – CONFIGURABLE This message appears when there is a malfunction in the serial connection with the printer. 008: EVENT MEMORY FULL – BLOCKED The event memory is full and there are no events outside the period of validity to overwrite In the case of this error please change the validity period of the events (see P053). 009: WATCHDOG ERROR – CONFIGURABLE The watchdog circuit is not functioning correctly. In the case of this error please check if the watchdog circuit jumper JP3 on the CPU board is closed correctly. 010: RTC ERROR– CONFIGURABLE The system clock is not functioning properly.

APPENDICES 011: PRINTER DISCONNECTED – CONFIGURABLE It was not possible to communicate with the printer. In the case of this error please check if the printer is connected correctly; verify that the port used is COM1 on the CPU board and that the corresponding parameters have been set correctly. 012: PRINTER SWITCHED OFF– CONFIGURABLE It was not possible to communicate with the printer as it is switched off. In the case of this error please check if the printer is correctly plugged in. 013: CARD MISSING – CONFIGURABLE The printer has run out of paper and cannot continue printing. In the case of this error please insert a new ticket. 090: SUPPLY LEVEL TOO LOW – BLOCKED The electrical supply level is too low for the correct functioning of the electronic counter. In the case of this error please check the voltage of the supply. 101 / 201 / 301 / 401: TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH – CONFIGURABLE The temperature measured by the PT100 of the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is higher than the maximum threshold value imposed by the parameter P013. 102 / 202 / 302 / 402: TEMPERATURE TOO LOW – CONFIGURABLE The temperature measured by the PT100 of the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is lower than the minimum threshold value imposed by the parameter P012. 103 / 203 / 303 / 403: RTD ERROR – CONFIGURABLE The temperature reading device on the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is not functioning correctly. In the case of this error it is recommended to carry out the hardware test in order to gather more information about the problem. 104 / 204 / 304 / 404: DENSITY TOO HIGH – CONFIGURABLE The density measured by the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is higher than the maximum threshold value imposed by the parameter P013. 105 / 205 / 305 / 405: DENSITY TOO LOW– CONFIGURABLE The density measured by the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is lower than the minimum threshold value imposed by the parameter P012. 106 / 206 / 306 / 406: DENSITY ERROR – CONFIGURABLE The density reading device on the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is not functioning correctly. In the case of this error it is recommended to carry out the hardware test in order to gather more information about the problem. 107 / 207 / 307 / 407: FLOWRATE TOO LOW – CONFIGURABLE The flow rate measured by the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is lower than the minimum threshold value imposed by the parameter P210 (P235/P260/P285). 108 / 208 / 308 / 408: FLOWRATE TOO HIGH – CONFIGURABLE The flow rate measured by the CMOD1 (2/3/4) is higher than the maximum threshold value imposed by the parameter P211 (P236/P261/P286).
