TYPES OF DWELLINGS Neighbourhood 01 Here there are 14 d w ellings stacked up on either side of a circulation core, of which 1 2 are tw o-storey m aisonettes and the other two are single-storey units. As the neighbourhood is located directly below the roof over the large terrace, the line of shade over the SouthWest facade advises against having openings here so all the openings fo r the units have been located on the North-W est and South-East facades.
¿----------------- --------b

WHY DENSITY? O
Because density means not only a balance between people and uses but also the most sustainable way for us to live together. We need to live in dense cities and we should turn this need into a desire. Let's make the dense city our home and each dwelling our house.
