SPECIFICATION OF REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) PLANT: General features: i)

The system shall be completely assembled, pre-piped with CPVC Piping in suitable fixable diameters, pre Electrical wired and preferably skid mounted.

ii)

The System shall have microprocessor based control panel for ease of operating and inbuilt process logic.

iii)

The system shall be auto start/stop based on water level in the supply tank.

iv)

The system shall be equipped with Electrical panel/MCB for plant protection and shall have integrated raw water pump with the unit.

v)

The system shall have integrated pre-treatment modules for removal of suspended solids along with pressure gauge.

vi)

The System shall have inbuilt protection to high pressure pump by way of low/high pressure switch.

vii)

The System shall have the membrane of General Electric (GE) or Hydranutics make. Glycerine filled Stainless Steel pressure gauge shall be provided for durability. Online rotometer shall be provided for measuring flow. Blending cartridge shall be provided to adjust tests/TDS and followed by UV disinfection for total safety. System should have automatic backwashing of filters.

viii)

The system shall be capable of working 24 Hrsx365 days by using the semi treated water provided through Bore Well / Municipal water Supply.

ix)

Recovery of water (i.e component of treated water) shall be in range of 40%-60%. If desired. The waste/rejected water may be separately stored by using suitable pump. This water may be used for cleaning gardening or toilet purpose.

OTHER CONDITONS: 1 The RO Plants should be supplied, Installed and Commissioned as per the General features, and technical specifications as mentioned above. 2. (60) days.

3. In case failure to install and commence all the RO plants within the stipulated time order shall be cancelled and action will be taken against the firm as deemed fit. 4. The unit cost should be quoted inclusive of all cost and conveyance of materials, Equipment, transportation, labour charges for installation and commencement including all internal taxes and GST. 5. The participating firm should submit their firm Registration details PAN, GST/TIN Registration etc., invariably. 6.

The Firm should demonstrate free service, maintenance training of cleaning the RO Plant and technical guidelines to the Institution officers at the time of connections, Installation of the RO Plant.

The Maintenance period shall be (12) Months from the date of commencement of the RO Plant including all spares.

All the items as per the specification should be supplied with (2) years warranty and maintenance.

9. The firm should get the sample of drinking water and get tested in the reputed quality testing laboratories and the produce the test report. The drinking water should be as per BIS standards. 10 A) In case of any break downs or failure of functioning of RO system during the maintenance period ie., (12) months of AMC the firm has to attend within (48) Hours. 10 B) Failed to attend the AMC within (48) Hours penalty shall be imposed at 1% of cost per day up to (3) days, 3% up to (10) days. If the firm not attended the AMC beyond (10) days penal action shall be initiated to recover the EMD as deemed fit.

11. The contact number for AMC offering should be affixed on the RO Plant When ever need to call for attending break down. 12. Payment shall be made by the Executing Engineer, Tribal Welfare, concerned after the verification and testing of RO Plants by the HWO/ATDO of the concerned institution in regard to quality specification and test reports of Drinking water etc., 13. below.
