List of COLD I repeat for those who have not read the first document. I found an 'interesting correlation about  to the alimentation (cold and hot). For a long time (even before knowing my PHS) I am experiencing the alimentation , according to traditional Chinese medicine. It is based on 5 elements. The study  is complex and wide .. From trial confirms that some foods, even if ingested cold ... produce heat. Classic example is Cayenne pepper  .. At the biochemical level happens and I feel this. Cayenne pepper and  similar is a striking example. But there's more. And of course I would like to know more about someone who studies and applies traditional Chinese medicine. I have much to share about it and I wish I had fruitful exchange. For now here are a few things. First list is the food hot (I am cold - and I notice how it changes for me if I eat these foods. ..
