List of COLD I repeat for those who have not read the first document. I found an 'interesting correlation about to the alimentation (cold and hot). For a long time (even before knowing my PHS) I am experiencing the alimentation , according to traditional Chinese medicine. It is based on 5 elements. The study is complex and wide .. From trial confirms that some foods, even if ingested cold ... produce heat. Classic example is Cayenne pepper .. At the biochemical level happens and I feel this.
