This work is part of the cable pulling from L03 – Central Interconnecting (Green Field Area) to L02 – South Interconnecting (Green Field Area) All cable ladder at pipe rack shall be installed and all cable ladders had been inspected by QC before each step of work commencement. All required materials and tools shall be available at site before each step of work commencement. Before beginning installation, examine all parts of the adjoining work onto which applicable work is to be placed. Should any condition be found which will prevent the proper execution of the work, installation shall not proceed in that area until such conditions are corrected by the contractor. Execution

Install bonding earthing cable from main grounding cable inside cable ladder to the cable ladder refer to dwg. No. TEP-900-STD-EL-BP4-2301-016 & TEP-900-LAY-EL-BP4-2305-002. Install bonding earthing cable from main grounding cable inside cable ladder to the structural beam refer to dwg. No. TEP-900-STD-EL-BP4-2301-006 & TEP-900-LAY-EL-BP4-2305-002. After the cable being pulled and laid on the cable ladder, the cable shall be properly secured with cable-tie to the rung of cable ladder at the distance as required. Install cable marker for each cable refer to SPTEP-900SPE-EL-BP4-0080 Project Specification for Electrical Installation. Cable should be fitted with indestructible identification bands at: a. Ends. b. 30 m intervals over entire route length. c. Changes in direction. Inspect and test cable refer to QCP Install cover ladder and attach to cable ladder by cover clamp set and tighten the hex head bolt refer to dwg. No. TEP-900-STD-EL-BP4-2201-021.
