Program uploading for Touch screen TP177B color (Ethernet mode) For change this program is needed:

1-Ethernet cross wire.

2-Siemens

WinCC Flexible 2007 or WinCC Flexible 2005 SP1 HF7 software

3-Computer

with Ethernet port.

Procedure

1-Connect the Ethernet cross wire between the touch screen and computer.

Ethernet port 

2-Disconnect the power supply of touch screen, wait 5 seconds and reconnect, after 20 seconds touch screen shows the follow menu.(This menu runs only 3 or 4 Seconds), press “Control panel”.

Press “Control  panel”

3- Double click in “transfer”.

Double click  in “Transfer”

4-The next screen appears, tilt and set the options like the next example. And press the button “advance”.

Set this options  Press “Advanced” 

5-In the next screen press “onboard LAN Ethernet Driver” after this press “properties”

Set this option 

Press “Properties”

6-In the next screen tilt “Specify an IP address” and set IP address 192.168.56.198 And set Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0.

7-Press “OK” in all the screens until the next screen (see picture), and double click in “OP”.

Double click  in “OP”

8-Press the button “Device”.

Press “Device”

9-Press the button “Reboot” and “yes”

Press  “Reboot”

10-The touch screen start to reboot, after 20 second appear the Loader menu. Press “Transfer” in the screen appear the message “connecting to host”.

Press “Transfer”

The touch screen settings are finished.

11-Computer Settings.

You must to set in the “Lan -internet properties” The IP address 192.168.56.196 And the Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 (Note that the IP address in the touch screen is not the same than the IP address in the computer).

Disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet wire and wait that the computer Recognize the connection. And ready, the touch screen is connected.

12-Start the WinCC Flexible Program clicking in the .hmi touchscreen program file, and set in “transfer” the Ethernet mode and the IP address 192.168.56.198 ( the same IP address than the touchscreen).

13- Set the parameters of the transfer. And click in “transfer “ in order to start the transferring.
