INTRODUCTION In the Shamanic tradition, one of the most important healing process is called Soul Retrieval. The Shamans believe that sometimes, a person can leave a fragment of their soul in a place of the Non Ordinary reality, that is not Now. It leaves a feeling of uncompletedness, of not being whole. When a person feels lost all the time, when there is no clear sense of life purpose, when someone feel s they never belong here, when we are stuck with the memories of past trauma, when we lost our power, it may indicate that we are missing a part of our soul. In the ancient traditions, the main way to heal mental disease or conditions would be through this process of recovering all the parts of our soul. I know that the word Soul may bother some of the readers. As some believe our Soul is our Essence, it is indivisible. So you may consider Spirit, as this part that get fragmented is actually present in our Causal body. Words are only words, but as a healer, I encountered this loss in many people. Therefore I am really aware of this problem and offer a solution.

1. WHERE AND WHY DO OUR SOUL FRAGMENTS GO? Where is our soul ? There are many answers to this question, from many traditions. The Mayan people believed it is in the gallbladder, the greeks in the thymus, others in the heart. Some say its essence is alla round us, or in our DNA. I personally believe that our essence, our soul is in a safe place in different parts of our body, I believe it is in our DNA and in our energetic template. I don’t feel it does really matter to know where it is, when it is in our body. I feel it is more important to know where sol fragments go when we scatter them or when they are stolen. How does it happen ? Main reason is a traumatic experience, where the pain is too intense. We send sometimes our most vulnerable part in another dimension, in a bubble of peace, to feel less, to numb ourselves to pain. This happens when someone is sexually abused for example. Sometimes accidents, near death experiences, scary memories result in soul loss. We can get our soul stolen as well. Sometimes from somebody conscious, most of the time unconsciously. A lover, a master, a teacher, a guru, a magician can steal pieces of one’s soul. In Shamanic ceremonies with the use of power plants, if the shaman is not impeccable, a participant can loose part of his/her power. Shaman love power, and the ethics are often cultural. Remember that European invaders destroyed their culture, so it is only karmic pay back. We can keep pieces of soul in the past, before an event that changed everything. We can keep pieces of our soul in someone else energy field. We explore psychedelic realms, open multidimensional portals and wonder why we are not 100% back. Sometimes we are not complete from birth, as we refused our incarnation.

We do foresee our life before exiting the womb. Sometimes it is scary, and we try to remain in the shelter of the womb, we say No to life, and our soul doesn’t integrate well the physical body of the baby. Ancient and present shamanic traditions acknowledge this and have many healing downloads for soul retrieval. The Shamanic Masters of these tribes were aware of the other worlds and other dimensions where a Soul could reside. They had the knowledge and understanding of the Soul to travel to these outer planes and bring these energies or Soul pieces back to the individual. This took great knowledge and wisdom. Many of the great healers or Shamans, of the ancient times were handpicked by elders in the tribe to honor the higher realms of consciousness and balance it in the physical realms. Intense training and emotional clarity was required by the upper realms upon a Master Shaman. It was a difficult path.

So where can our soul go ? In the lower worlds, in the shadow elemental realms of consciousness. That is usually the case if someone scatter their soul during an accident, a rape, an abuse, or facing a dreadful fear. In the middle Earth realms, when we kept part of our soul in another country for example. Refugees, deported people often experience this. In the upper world or angelic realms. When someone is not born complete, or when one fly all the time with the angel and refuse earth incarnation. It can be in another timeline. A Parallel reality where we exist differently. This can happen when we have a big turning point in our life, a before and after moment, or when we use psychedelics. In another dimension, usually what we call coyote dimensions, the trickster realms. When someone always fails, or experience irrational bad luck, delusion, insanity, schizophrenia… In the cave of lost children. This is where a child’s soul goes when he/she is threatened and terrified. In a cave with a guardian. In a compartment of our subconscious mind. And of course, there are the other unknown locations. The important thing to accept is that whatever happened, we allowed it. We gave our permission, conscious or not to scatter our consciousness, our soul. We need to take 100% responsibility, otherwise we cannot retrieve it.

2. SYMPTOMS OF SOUL LOSS A CHECKLIST OF SYMPTOMS The following questions are helpful in determining whether Soul loss has occurred. To see whether Soul loss is an issue for you (client) and, if so, how it manifests in your (client’s) life, you may want to ask yourself (client) the following questions: 1.

Do you ever have a difficult time staying “present” in your body? Do you sometimes feel as if you are outside your body observing it as you would a movie?

2.

Do you ever feel numb, apathetic or deadened?

3.

Do you suffer from chronic depression?

4.

Do you have problems with your immune system and have trouble resisting illness?

5.

Were you chronically ill as a child?

6.

Do you have gaps in memory of your life after age five? Do you have a sense that you may have blacked out significant traumas in your life?

7.

Do you struggle with addictions to, for example, alcohol, food, sex or gambling?

8.

Do you find yourself looking to external things to fill up an internal void or emptiness?

9.

Have you had difficulty moving on with your life after a divorce or the death or a loved one?

10.

Do you suffer from multiple personality syndrome?

If you (client) answer yes to any of these questions, you may be dealing with Soul loss. Important parts of your (client’s) essential core self may not be available to you (your client). 3. RETURNING STOLEN SOUL PARTS Perhaps we all participate in Soul taking and Soul giving during out various incarnations, and we do it for a variety of reasons. The results are the same: the taker is burdened with unusable energy that slows down their own process, and the one who lost the Soul is missing a source of vitality. If you believe you have part of someone’s Soul, do not sit in self-judgment. Often just acknowledging that you have someone else’s Soul is enough to release it and send it back. If you ascertain who it belongs to, you can perform any of the following rituals to release it.  Go out in nature and find a stick. Break the stick, releasing any unnatural hold you might have on someone else.  Take any objects in your possession that belong to that person, and send them back to the owner.  Use breath work. As you inhale, think of the person you are sending to. When you exhale, purposely send the Soul part back.  Hold a crystal in your hand; look at it; visualize or feel the person; and speak directly to the stolen Soul part, saying: “(Name’s) Soul, go home to (name), you don’t belong here by me, you belong to (name). So—go home---Bless you!” That’s it.  If you know the person and can call them on the phone, you can blow the person’s Soul part into the phone during the course of the conversation. 4. EFFECTS OF SOUL RECOVERY Experiencing Soul retrieval is unique for each individual. Many feel warmer, lighter after the session, and have a feeling to be more whole and complete. Some cry, some go to sleep. The process will take as long as it is needed for the person to reintegrate their soul in the most appropriate way. It always take few days to really feel the difference. The power is back, the Light is Full on. So people have more intuition, clarity, more desire to manifest their dreams. They start to enjoy again, to be enthusiastic about what they do. Most of us miss only small fragments, but still it is advisable to be at 100% ! This who we are, and we need all our soul to fulfill our life missions in the most blissful way. Joy, acceptance, motivation, enthusiasm, endurance, lightness, confidence, empowered, this is how we feel when we claim back our lost fragments.

5. I AM MY SOUL PROTOCOL You can practice this protocol with others and of course with yourself. You need to receive the download from the teacher. The protocol is just to give you a framework. The power is in the download that is woven. It contains High Magic and Dimensional activations. To tune with the download is enough. So don’t worry if you change a bit the protocol. It is just to get you started. To succeed in retrieving fragments of our soul, we need first to take 100% responsibility about the fact we scattered them. And we need to convince ourselves that now it is safe to be complete. If you have suffered a childhood trauma, your inner child may still be scared and refuse to bring back the part of your soul that he/she sent away to numb the intensity of the trauma. CHECK IF YOU OR YOUR CLIENT IS READY So before to start, check yourself. Or ask your client to check themselves. Are you/they ready to welcome back home these lost fragments ? Are you convinced in the depth of your being that you are safe now, that you are a grown up and have the ability to manage your life with 100% of your soul in your physical body. If you feel that you or your client are not ready, then you might have to first deal with this resistance. Do any emotional healing work, like EFT or energetic clearing to clear these resistances. Test your body or your client’s body if you know how to do it, to be sure they are ready. State for ex. : “NAME is ready to welcome back all the lost fragments of his/her soul in his/her physical body” or “NAME knows/feels it is safe to bring back all the lost fragments of his/her soul”. And make a muscle testing, or a bioenergy test, or dowse it with your pendulum. If you get a YES/POSITIVE answer, then the download will work at its best potency. TESTING HOW MUCH IS MISSING ? Use the chart provided or use a normal 0-100% chart to check how many percents of the soul are out of the body. You can dowse it, or test through muscle testing. Show this result to your client. SET UP THE SPACE 1. Light a white candle with the intention to purify the fragments of the soul that will come back to you/your client from all directions. 2. Put the mandala I AM MY SOUL provided with this class next to the candle. You can put a crystal on it if you are sure it is energetically clean. If doubt, then test your crystal and clear it if necessary. If you don’t have a crystal, no problem, the download is encoded in the mandala, not in the crystal. 3. Clean the space energetically, smudge it, sweep the floor. 4. Be sure to be undisturbed, shut down the wifi, the cellphones. OPEN THE SPACE 1. Activate the sacred space. In this class you receive a download for it, so just do it and say SACRED SPACE three times. 2. Acknowledge your spirit, your eternal self. 3. Acknowledge the spirit of your guides (if you do this for yourself) or the spirit of the person that does the Soul Retrieval. 4. Acknowledge Great Spirit, the Universal Force of Creation and Love. 5. Call your spirit guides and the spirit guides of your client. 6. Call all the specialists in Soul Retrieval that are willing to help. 7. Call the spirits of the Directions : EAST, SOUTH, WEST, NORTH, UNDERWORLD, MIDDLE EARTH, UPPER WORLD. 8. Call your spirit animals if you know them. 9. Connect to the candle, to the mandala, and state out loud : “I declare this space safe and sacred. So be it. So be it. So it is.”

I AM MY SOUL DOWNLOAD 1. Put your hands in the Runic Mudra position. Fingers interlocked, hands crossing in front of your chest. 2. Stand in the room, next to the candle, and ask the person to stand in front of you. Ideally, if you know where is the east direction, face East or ask the person to face East. 3. Remind them and yourself to keep on breathing deeply during the all process.

EAST DIRECTION 4. Connect to the East Direction. State “ I call upon the winds of the East. Please open the portal to the East, and allow Divine Grace to blow through it.” 5. Repeat : “I invite my/your Spirit to reclaim, to retrieve and recollect all the fragments of my/your soul from the East Direction, from all dimensions, all known and unknown realms of consciousness, from all timelines, from the cave of Lost Children, from the Underworld, from Middle Earth and from the Upper World.” 6. Keep on breathing deeply and wait. You will feel the lost pieces of your soul (or your client soul) coming back. With your intention, ask that they get purified by the candle that you lit. 7. When you feel some pieces are coming back, state out loud : “I AM MY SOUL NOW”, three times (3x). 8. After each time, you can if you want blow through your hands in front of you to the solar plexus of the person in front of you. This is optional. Trust your intuition. 9. After some time (max. 4 mns) you will know it is over. Ask your Spirit or the Spirit of your client to integrate all these soul fragments in the most appropriate way.

SOUTH DIRECTION 10.You can then ask your client to turn 90 degres to the right. They will face SOUTH. If you do this for yourself, turn top the South. 11.Remind them and yourself to keep on breathing deeply during the all process. 12.Connect to the SOUTH Direction. State “ I call upon the winds of the South. Please open the portal to the South, and allow Divine Grace to blow through it.” 13.Repeat : “I invite my/your Spirit to reclaim, to retrieve and recollect all the fragments of my/your soul from the South Direction, from all dimensions, all known and unknown realms of consciousness, from all timelines, from the cave of Lost Children, from the Underworld, from Middle Earth and from the Upper World.” 14.Keep on breathing deeply and wait. INTEGRATION AND ALIGNMENT OF THE SOUL 1. Ask the client to face again East, or their original position. And do so yourself. 2. Ask out loud their Spirit, their Higher Self to reintegrate gently, easily and quickly all the fragments retrieved from this session, in the most appropriate way. 3. Ask their Spirit to Align their Soul with heir Physical Body. To do this, repeat, and your client with you out loud 3 times : “NOOMRYE”. This will activate their Blessing Channel at the level of the belly button. 4. Ask the person to take 3 deep breaths. CLOSING THE SESSION 1. Offer your Gratitude to all the spirits, angels and invisible presences that came to support you and your client. 2. Release all these presences and energies with respect. Allow them to disconnect from your sacred space. 3. Dedicate your session to the well being of all creation. 4. Close the space by repeating 3 times : OM SHANTI or AMEN or THANK YOU 5. Shut down the candle with gratitude and respect.

TEST AGAIN Using the same kind of test that you did before this session, check again. Ask : “I want to know the percentage of integration of NAME’s soul in his/her physical body.” And test. It should be 100%. Most of the time it is. If it is between 90 and 100%, it is possible that the process will keep on going and that you or your client will complete the soul retrieval during their sleep for ex. Sometimes, there is a part still missing. It usually means the person is not yet ready to welcome back all their soul fragments, and their power. Don’t judge it, don’t think it is a failure. It indicates that there is a process going on, and that we must give it time.

6. RECOMMENDATIONS :  Understand that this is a deep and powerful process. Give it time. It will take days and weeks for someone to reintegrate all the soul fragments. It is a slow process for some, and quicker for others.  Don’t do it more than once every 3 months to the same person.  Allow your Spirit to take care of the integration but keep allowing it.  If you placed a crystal on the mandala, you may want to give it to the person, and tell them to keep it next to their bed.  Drink a lot of water in the day that follows.  Notice or ask your client to notice anything that is new in their life in the coming weeks. Notice changes, notice what is new, not what is the same. This will help to anchor the soul retrieval in one’s life.

7. EXTRAS Rescinding Laws Say this 3 times aloud, once. I rescind all vows, contracts, commitments, stagnant energy, programs, or matrixing coming from this lifetime, and those past, dealing with betrayal of the Self, abandonment, or self limiting thought. I accept and receive my abundance, my power, my wholeness, and my awareness of being one with the Light and one in the Light. I accept and receive through grace, releasement from all error – both unconscious and conscious. I am encompassed in the Light, by the Light and encoded with the Conscious Presence of the Light by the Light. All is given to me through the Goddess, the Child, the Fatherhood and the Fatherhead energies and those of Divine Light Source. It will be done. I relinquish all fear, all doubt, and all betrayal of the Self that has been programmed by my own need to control my darkness. I relinquish these vows now and accept the part of myself which is of Light. I rescind the split ego self as it stands before me and the split mind from which it emanates. I choose my Light, my Love, my Abundance, my Freedom, my Joy and my highest Self Expression, my highest and best good above and beyond all else. I rescind the need to struggle or fight within this energy to stand within my power and my light and my True Self. I accept my freedom and liberation peacefully, easily, harmoniously, and joyously. I rescind all karma that is not for my greatest and highest good at this time for this to be turned over to the I Am Presence under the Laws of Grace and God and for Freedom to come for all. I rescind all power that is within me that continues the struggle to survive, to be of Light, to be of happiness, to be of Love, and to be of joy. I rescind these and take upon myself my Christ energy, that Light which is true to Source and true to the Self.

I rescind all power that I have given to the ego self and ask that all programs, beliefs, cultural beliefs, hereditary beliefs, mother/father beliefs, paternal/maternal beliefs, childhood beliefs, and tethering beliefs both conscious and unconscious in this life time and any other from here back through infinity be given up now to Divine Source as I walk free.

I relinquish all fear, all abandonment, all Self-denial, all betrayal of the Self. I free these cords attaching to that which is not allowing my movement inward into the expansiveness of the Whole as one and thus reflected as expression in all aspects of my experiential self in all worlds, in all dimensions, and in all temporal frames of reference both seen and unseen, conscious and unconscious. I rescind my belief patterns, and matrixing and coding if it is not for the greatest and highest good of the Self. I ask for transmutation into Light, Love, and Healing within the peace and quiet of my inner being. I rescind all injury, contracts, memories, patterns, or thought forms held within the physical or emotional body or any other energy body which is of my energy field that is not allowing perfect alignment, perfect functioning, and perfect peace. I relinquish the pain, the struggle and I further relinquish the circumstances within which I have been choosing to live. I accept and receive Divine Joy, Divine Freedom, Divine Power, Divine Clarity, Divine Abundance, Divine Peace, and Divine Presence in my mind and heart and moment by moment life experience. I rescind all vows, contracts, agreements, obligations, statements, and beliefs that are contrary to me in dealing with Self Love, Self Worth, Self Esteem, and Self Portrayal --- ultimately Self Expression. I ask for all implantation devices, etheric crystals, self-limiting devices, self-sabotage devices, energies, entities, thought forms, programs, manipulations, or belief systems that are not for my greatest and highest good to be removed from my energy fields peacefully, easily, effortlessly, harmoniously and at God’s speed.

I ask for perfect alignment by Spirit of mind, body and Soul in all dimensions, and all states of awareness, and all levels of awareness, in all aspects of my Self and Soul Self, back through to infinity. I accept God’s will as my will in my life now. I ask that a wall of interception be created and anything that comes into my field be transmuted and sent back to Source with love. I accept, receive and open to my Self in full abundance and Light through the Divine Grace of Love. So Be It. So Be It. So Be It. It is done now.
