1. Zinc Magnesium ZM 310 in C3 – expected protection duration in years

If Purlins and girders are with coating ZM 310, the ZM 310 will be lost in atmosphere C3 (assumed C3, no Info in Geo-report) after 21 years to >50 years as above in test’s table in red frame. Average is more than in 35.5 years.

2. Zinc Coating - expected protection duration in years

The support above of soil Table from ISO 12944-2 – Mass loss for surface unit and thickness reduction in difference corrosion category

Material loss in C3: Zinc:

>0.7 - 2.1 μm/y

2.10 x 30 = 63.0 μm < 80 μm ok!

If zinc coating is 80 μm for support SRF6 above of soil, zinc coating 63.0 μm will be lost in 30 years.
