During observation it was observed that deep excavated pit was not barricaded,it may lead to fall down into depth,this concern was discussed with site supervisor for immediate rectification.

During observation it was observed that workers were engaged in cement store without using PPE like as: Nose mask,hand gloves and Safety goggle,this is an serious issue,it may cause of serious ill health problem,this concern was discussed with area in-charge,after discuission he get agree to rectify the same.

POINTS OF CURRENT HSE WALK:-

From past many times it was observed that deep excavation pit was not barricaded at project site M&HCV, it may lead to fall down into depth,this concern was discussed with site supervisor,after discuission he get agree to rectify the same immediately.

During observation it was observed that welder was not using required PPE like as: face shield,it may cause of ill health problem,this concern was discussed with fabrication forman,after discuission he get agree to rectify the same.

During observation found poor housekeeping near hot work area,it may cause of serious injury while working,this concern was discussed with site supervisor for immediate rectification.

During observation it was observed that few worker were not using reflective jacket during civil work at site,this matter was discussed with site supervisor for the same.
