MULTIFLO offers a high quality range of products. These include the MULTIFLO range of vacuum primed diesel and electric driven pump sets that can be custom-built to ensure the very best performance for your operation, and survive under the toughest of operating conditions.

MULTIFLO Pump Units were first produced in 1976, designed and manufactured to provide a better and more reliable alternative to efficiently pump clean the open cut coal mining pits at the time. To secure a market place, formation of a pump hire division was put in place using products ex works, this enabled the company to be actively involved with development and requirements of setting in place mine pit dewatering systems in the open cut mining area.

Having achieved this mark, MULTIFLO entered into the open cut mining industry with a range of diesel and electric driven “vactronicTM” vacuum primed pump sets capable of pumping not only water against high head situations, but also large quantities of slurry from the open pits.

Trailer Chassis

The trailer chassis is designed to be bolted on to any of the Multiflo pump units. The trailer chassis is designed to be towed with the correct size vehicle to suit the weight and size of the pump unit. The trailer chassis enables the pump unit to be moved from one pumping location to another with ease. The trailer chassis is fitted with the following items:•

Dual heavy duty axle

The correct wheels to suit the size and weight of the pump unit

•

Brakes can be electrical or mechanical (optional)

Heavy Duty Skid Chassis The heavy duty skid chassis is designed to be bolted on to any of the Multiflo pump units. The skid chassis is designed to be pushed around with bull dozers or excavators. The skid runners enable pump units to be mounted on the heavy duty chassis and be towed from one pumping location to another on minesite. The heavy duty skid chassis is fitted with the following items:•

Skid Mounted Pontoon

The heavy duty skid mounted pontoon unit is designed to float any of the Multiflo pump units. The pontoon is designed to be pushed with bull dozers or excavators. The skid runners enable pump units mounted on the heavy duty pontoon to be towed from one pumping location to another on minesite. Suction Boom Kit The Suction Boom is designed to control the pump unit suction hose while pumping and when moving from one pumping location to another on mine site. The boom is completely hot dip galvanised and is fitted with Supa Alloy support chains coupled to the chassis. The winch is fixed to a holding point on the chassis and supplied with 16 metres of 6mm wire rope.
