Owing to our comprehensive archives and a well-considered identification system for the components manufactured by us, we supply spare parts of original design. Thus, we are able, even for plants which are 30 years old or older, to provide the required spare parts. We have a sufficiently great number of all common spare parts, in particular gaskets, on stock so that they may also be delivered within a short time. If a spare part must be manufactured as single piece certain production capacity will of course be reserved.
If a repair on site is impossible we will carry it out in our own service shop. There, we are also able to perform general overhaul operations of your valve.
For every application we offer a wide range of highest-quality service activities The activities performed by our valves’ service are applicable for shut-off, safety and control valves. Of course, this is also true for valves made by other manufacturers. Such an overhaul, the result of which is the same as with a new valve regarding functionability and work life, comprises the following steps: h Visual control by our specialist personnel h Determination of the scope of repair and of the costs h A quotation is submitted to the customer h After release by the customer the repair activities are carried out h Final test by our quality assurance The repair activities are subject to a comprehensive quality assurance, which ranges from the testing of the materials to be processed over the complete production testing until the final functional tests.
