Step 2: Bl and deblock cell
Note: ulTrafficDelay and dlTrafficDelay: The value range for each entry is 0..500000 (0..500000 ns). Unused entries are set to -1. 2. NGS
Background: NGS is used for frequency synchronization, the source is NTP server. In the synchronization group LTE is the role for SYNC_PROVIDER, which means LTE get the sync signal directly from NTP server and GSM/UMTS is the role for SYNC_RECEIVER.
Alarm: W Node Group Sync Configuration Fault Synchronization=1,RadioEquipmentClock=1,NodeGroupSyncMember=1 (More than one node has the same Node Priority)
Root Cause: LTE baseband don’t play the role for provide due to UMTS is up before LTE ready. After LTE back to service, both LTE/UMTS stay the status for SYNC_PROVIDER.
Solution: Just stop receive sync signal using the action below for both UMTS and LTE Step1: UMTS: bl TransportNetwork=1,Synchronization=1,NodeGroupSyncMember=1 LTE: Transport=1,Synchronization=1,RadioEquipmentClock=1,NodeGroupSyncMember=1 Step2:
deblock LTE first, check NGS local status, make sure it’s SYNC_PROVIDER Then deblock UMTS, check if it is SYNC_RECEIVER Step3: Check the alarm to see if it ceases or not. 3. Online En-rollment Issue: Issue: Ladp server no response. Solution: Step1: [Node Side] Change the parameter reservedByUser of MO SystemFunctions=1,SecM=1,CertM=1,NodeCredential=1 to empty ([0]) > get SystemFunctions=1,SecM=1,CertM=1,NodeCredential=1 reservedByUser ===================================================================== MO

Step2: [Node Side] Re-run the online certificate enrollment, make sure it succeed. Step3: [Node Side] Finish the post work after online certificate enrollment. Step4:
[OSS Side] Execute the WA provided by Hannu (remove the node name from /var/tmp/nma_added. 4. Alarm: Inconsistent Configuration FieldReplaceableUnit=1,RiPort=A (Either the CPRI cable is wrongly connected or there is a configuration fault.) Inconsistent Configuration FieldReplaceableUnit=RRU-4(NO HW detected) Step1. give a cold restart to the baseband acc Equipment=1,FieldReplaceableUnit=1 restartunit After the node back, check alarm, if not cleared, go to next step step2. Match cell with sector and RRU to address the issue location > get fdd sector ===================================================================== MO Attribute Value ===================================================================== EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945P_9NB01_S01 sectorCarrierRef [1] = >>> sectorCarrierRef = ENodeBFunction=1,SectorCarrier=9 EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945P_9NB01_S02 sectorCarrierRef [1] = >>> sectorCarrierRef = ENodeBFunction=1,SectorCarrier=10 EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945P_9NB01_S03 sectorCarrierRef [1] = >>> sectorCarrierRef = ENodeBFunction=1,SectorCarrier=11 EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945R_1NB01_S01 sectorCarrierRef [1] = >>> sectorCarrierRef = ENodeBFunction=1,SectorCarrier=5 EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945R_1NB01_S02 sectorCarrierRef [1] = >>> sectorCarrierRef = ENodeBFunction=1,SectorCarrier=6 EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945R_1NB01_S03 sectorCarrierRef [1] = >>> sectorCarrierRef = ENodeBFunction=1,SectorCarrier=7 EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945R_1NB01_S04 sectorCarrierRef [1] = >>> sectorCarrierRef = ENodeBFunction=1,SectorCarrier=8 EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945T_2NB01_S01 sectorCarrierRef [1] =

Then you can easily match the cells to its sector carrier, then the RRU can be match. Ex: cell EUtranCellFDD=CMI6945R_1NB01_S03, its sector carrier is 7, then its RRU is RRU-7 For this project, LTE 900 share RRU with GSM 900, and RRU port DATA_1 used for LTE while DATA_2 used for GSM LTE 1800 is LTE only, then RRU DATA_1 should be used for LTE LTE 2100 share RRU with UMTS 2100, and RRU port DATA_2 used for LTE while DATA_1 used for GSM Step3: check rilink configuration get rilink riPortRef Ex. FieldReplaceableUnit=1,RiPort=A (Either the CPRI cable is wrongly connected or there is a configuration fault.) > get rilink riPortRef ===================================================================== MO Attribute Value ===================================================================== RiLink=1 riPortRef1 FieldReplaceableUnit=1,RiPort=A RiLink=1 riPortRef2 FieldReplaceableUnit=RRU5,RiPort=DATA_2 From the information get from step 2, you can easily find this RRU is used for L1800, so DATA_1 should be used.
There will be alarm like cable wrongly connected or no HW detected if the port reference is incorrect. Just modify the riportRef2 with right one, cell/rru need to be locked during modify Please go to next step if all configuration is correct or the alarm still there step4: call ASP to check the HW connection then check again. Please note that we can only call ASP check HW connection after we check the configuration ourselves, Otherwise they will complain if HW connection is ok while the root cause is wrong configuration in baseband! 5. Power setting Check: For 10MHZ it should be 20+20 – 40W For 5MHZ it should be 10+10 – 20W IBC – If we use MIMO configuration it’s same as above For SIMO 10MHZ it should be 20W 5MHZ it should be 10W 6. Alarm: M RF Reflected Power High FieldReplaceableUnit=RRU-4, RfPort=A (Reflected power too high [ A ]) Solution: Step1: If issue port is ‘A’ in the alarm slogan, just let ASP check the feeder cable connection between RRU RF port A and antenna. If issue port is ‘B’, check by next step Step2: issue port is B Check type of related issue cells, check with ASP about it is IBC or MACRO.
If issue cell is MACRO, just let ASP check the feeder cable connection between RRU rf port B and antenna. If issue cell is SISO, just inform me to modify the configuration. get . noofused bl fdd bl sector set SectorEquipmentFunction=S1 rfBranchRef Equipment=1,AntennaUnitGroup=1,RfBranch=1 set SectorCarrier noOfTxAntennas 1 set SectorCarrier noOfRxAntennas 1 set RfPort=B vswrSupervisionActive false bl Equipment=1,AuxPlugInUnit=RRU-1,DeviceGroup=ru,RfPort=B deb fdd deb sector
