Dear Seller Performance Team, We understand that you have deactivated our Amazon Seller account in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solution Agreement. We have violated Amazon's Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801 I am a principal of…… and I am writing to you today in regard to our account review after we received a notification stating that we had been identified as drop shipping. The Root Cause of complaints: We anticipated that by adding our offer into an existing listing, we would be able to sell quickly and profitably. When we used the " add a product tool " to add our offer to those listings, the " Sell Yours " button was available on the reported ASINS. There was no need for approval required to sell these Brands, moreover as we planned to ship these items from reputed retailers on https://www.amazon.com/ (PRIME offers) we assumed that products are 100 % authentic and we do not need any further verification or documents to list these products. Therefore, we listed the product without additional scrutiny. -The root cause of the Drop Shipping Policy: We DROP - SHIPPED Amazon Orders to the customer directly from the Online Retailer on https://www.amazon.com/. It has come to our attention that the products were shipped with Online Retailer packaging slips, which violate the Amazon Drop Shipping Policy. Our newly trained staff was not aware that inventory needed to be replenished in the warehouse to ship orders and not to direct drop ship orders to the customer hence, he ended up drop shipping it to customers to avoid delay in delivery when the product was out of stock in our warehouse. Mistakenly, we did not remove packing slips, invoices, and external packaging on the product which we sent to the customer which made customers confused about where the package had been shipped from. We were doing FBA earlier and just started FBM a couple of months ago. We did not educate our employees about Amazon Drop Shipping Policy https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/help.html? itemID=G201808410&language=en _US 10. All the corrective actions have been implemented as per the plan of action. New Process Implemented

-confirm and ship orders promptly on the same day -Make sure orders are marked as shipped correctly on time and the tracking number uploaded on the same day. -We look forward to having a reinstatement for our account, after which we shall register products for FBA gradually. We will start sending our 5 products to FBA in the beginning and will gradually increase to large - sized parcels when we are ready to move to the 100 % FBA model. 11. We have educated ourselves with Amazon. Drop Shipping Policy. However, we will not be drop shipping the products from a third - party supplier. We have gone through the policies Drop Shipping Policy •

Drop shipping or allowing a third party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf is generally acceptable. If you intend to fulfill orders using a drop shipper, you must always:

Be the seller of record of your products

Identify yourself as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, and other information included or provided in connection with them;

Remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a third party drop shipper before shipping the order;

Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products; and

Comply with all other terms of your seller agreement and applicable Amazon policies.

Examples of drop shipping that is not permitted: Purchasing products from another online retailer and having that retailer ship directly to customers, if the shipment does not identify you as the seller of record or if anyone other than you (including the other online retailer) appear on packing slips, invoices, or external packaging; or

Shipping orders with packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information is indicating a seller. name or contact information other than your own.

Seller Code of Conduct Principles: Adhere to all applicable laws and abide by all Amazon policies. -Maintain current account information. Never misrepresent yourself. Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for Amazon customers. -Never list products that might cause harm to Amazon customers.

including but not limited to: -Information provided on your account -Information provided in listings, content or images -Communication between you and Amazon, or you and our customers * Act fairly at all times. Unfair behavior includes, but is not limited to the following: - Behavior that could be deemed as manipulation or " gaming " of any part of the buying or selling experience. •

Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading or inauthentic content

Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate Amazon's search results or sales rankings Actions that intentionally damage another seller, their listings or their ratings

Only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. Examples of a legitimate business justification include:

You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each.

You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies.

You are recruited for an Amazon programmed that requires separate accounts.

We have taken this suspension as an opportunity to fully reevaluate and improve our business. We can now confirm our compliance with Amazon's Drop Shipping policies, as proved by switching our entire catalog to FBA. We sincerely apologize for mistakenly conducting a portion of our business through drop shipping practices previously, but we hope that all the ways in which we have revamped our business model to ensure we never drop ship again proves to you that we are able to conduct a company that can function within Amazon's policies. We take pride in operating an account that remains in compliance with all of Amazon's policies, and so would like to respectfully request the review of our account so that we may continue to sell on the Amazon platform. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.
