I have spent for three months, one hour per day to learn and create this post processor, so i want to share how to made it, but not to detail, because it was really hard to made it.

7. Learn about Drilling Cycle and Probing Just Learn and imagine the output NC Program if we post it with Mastercam and then create some notes for working procedure.

I use Microsoft One Note, because its so simple and very useful.

Okay.. then you must have and learn Mastercam NCI & ParameterReference. Start Coding

I use Mastercam code expert, then verify with Sinutrain for Sinumerik Operate (trial only 60 days). 1. Create standard 3 axis post processor (header, workpiece,tool change, standard 3 axis movement -> Rapid, Linear, Circular, Dwell, drilling cycle)

2. Create formula for CYCLE800, just convert it from TPLANE Matrix NCI to Anggoro Heri Siswanto

CYCLE800, Insert before start of operation, So your post processor will be able to 3+2 axis machining. 3. Create formula for TRAORI movement, just convert it from NCI 5 Axis Move. And finally your post processor will be able to 5 axis movement. 4. Finishing, ( Add Probing Cycle, High Speed Settings, Tool Measurement, Operation Information, and Some Function Switch with Misc Text, Integer, Real Values, etc) Example :
