road traffic
In addition to the driver's license, the machine operator must always have a copy of the general operating permit issued by the Federal Motor Transport Authority, a warning triangle and, for machines over 41 Permit. Carry the total weight of at least one wheel wedge with the combine harvester. When driving on public roads with a combine harvester, all requirements set out in the copy of the General Operating Permit issued by the Federal Motor Transport Authority (Section 18 (5) StVZO) under letter C must be observed. In the case of machines with extra width (width across the tires), instead of a photograph of the general operating permit, an operating permit for individual vehicles (individual report) and an exemption permit in accordance with § 70, para. 1, Carry along No. 1 and 2 of the StVZO. In addition, all requirements listed in the operating permit for individual vehicles or in the approval permit must be observed. The granting of the exemption is different in each federal state. The extra width must follow the guidelines for the identification of oversized road vehicles. (Two warning signs at the front and rear, protective strip, two beacons for yellow flashing lights - all-round light -). If parts of the combine harvester are subsequently modified whose condition is prescribed or whose operation may cause a risk to other road users, the operating permit expires and a new operating permit must be applied for. For this purpose, it is necessary that the machine is presented to the responsible technical inspection body for motor vehicle traffic (TÜV) for the preparation of an expert opinion (§ 19 para. 2 StVZO). If you are in doubt as to whether such a case exists, contact us as the manufacturer. If a transport vehicle for attachments is carried behind the combine harvester, connect the lighting cable and check that the lighting device is in good condition. If the combine harvester is equipped with a corn picker or with a foldable cutting unit, the provisions and requirements of the general operating permit, in particular the requirements for additional weights and tires, must be observed.
license plate As a self-propelled work machine with a maximum speed of up to 20 km/h, the combine harvester is not subject to approval and registration requirements. However, the machine must be indelibly and clearly marked on the left side with the owner's first and last name as well as the place of residence. It is not permitted to carry trailers in the trailer hitch when driving on public roads. The provisions of the road traffic regulations of the individual countries may differ. In the event of deviations from the manufacturer's information, The regulations of the respective countries are always valid.

Attachments (cutters and others) and other components 1. Work under the raised attachments (cutting unit and others) only with secure support! 2. Particular care must be taken when installing attachments (cutting unit and others) and coupling up a trailer! 3. Because of their function, the mowing and cutting equipment, the feed screw, the reel and the like cannot be completely secured by design measures. Therefore, a sufficient safety distance must be maintained from these moving parts during operation! 4. Because of their function, feed chains or picking rollers of the maize picker attachment cannot be completely secured within the picking area either. Therefore, a sufficient safety distance must also be maintained from these moving parts during operation. Accordingly, these instructions apply to all other additional equipment! 5. Dangerous cutting tools are located under the safety device of the straw chopper, which can run after the drive is switched off. It is therefore necessary to maintain a sufficient safety distance from the shredder until it comes to a standstill! 6. The grain tank contains screw conveyors which, due to their function, cannot be completely protected against contact. When removing blockages and taking samples, use suitable aids, such as a pestle and ladle. 7. Before climbing the comtank, it must be ensured that other people cannot restart the machine. servicing 1. Repair, maintenance and cleaning work and rectify functional faults only when the drive is switched off and the motor is at a standstill - Remove the ignition key! 2. Fluids escaping under high pressure (fuel, hydraulic oil, etc.) can penetrate the skin and cause serious injuries, so consult a doctor immediately, otherwise serious infections may occur!
3. Be careful when opening the charcoal cap. The cooler is under pressure when the engine is hot! 4. Dispose of brake fluid, oils, fuels and filters properly! 5. Installing tires requires sufficient knowledge and proper installation tools! 6. Retighten Radmuttem regularly! 7. Repair work on the hydraulic system may only be carried out by specialist workshops.
compressor cooling system TAKE NOTE! The compressor cooling systems have been converted from 1994. See “Compressor cooling system” before commissioning. Up to and including 1993, cooling systems were filled with CFC refrigerant Freon R12. From 1994, cooling systems are equipped with HFC refrigerant R 134 a filled. Refrigerants are harmful to the environment as soon as they enter the atmosphere. Therefore, take special care when handling the compressor cooling system. Operating the service valves When operating the service valves (close and open), gases may escape, - wear gloves and safety glasses. Risk of icing and etching. Maintenance* and repair work may only be carried out by refrigeration service workshops. Refrigerant must always be extracted and disposed of for reuse. Principle Check the combine harvester for traffic and operational safety every time you start it up! sound pressure level The sound pressure level at the driver's ear in the cabin (door and window closed) is - 82 dB (A).

STRUCTURE AND WAY OF WORKING Cutter Strain dividers separate the standing crop from the crop to be cut. Ear jacks ensure that stored grain is absorbed without loss and prevent cutting losses when ears are hanging. The reel feeds the cut crop to the feed screw. The threshing material conveyed to the center of the cutting unit by the screw windings of the feed screw reaches the threshing organs via the conveyor chains of the intake channel. The stone-catching trough picks up foreign objects that have been carried along with it. This largely prevents damage to the threshing organs.

General notes Threshing organs The threshing drum and the threshing basket take over the drumming. The grains, together with the chaff and short straw, are separated from the threshing basket onto the preparation floor of the sieve box. The turning drum directs the remaining grains onto the shakers with the straw. Spray grains are directed onto the front of the shakers by a spray cloth behind the turning drum. shakers The shakers separate the grains from the straw. The straw leaves the machine through the straw exhaust hood; it may be further processed by attached additional equipment (e.g. straw choppers). The shaken out grains also reach the sieve box via the shaker return base. Crankshafts with raffer teeth intensify the loosening of the straw on the shaker. scouring As a result of the vibrating movement, the grainchaff and short straw mixture is loosened up on the preparation soil and simultaneously fed to the sieves. The pressure wind generated by the cleaning fan carries all light parts (chaff) backwards out of the machine. The grains fall through the top and bottom sieve into the hollow of the grain snail and are transported from the grain elevator into the grain tank. All parts that are heavier than the chaff and larger than the grain reach the hollow of the transfer screw via the top and bottom sieve. From here, they are fed back to the threshing organs by the reversing elevator for further threshing. After the grain tank outlet pipe has been swung out, the grain tank can be emptied in a short time directly onto a waiting or adjacent wagon. Degrading For cereals and fruits that are difficult to remove and are difficult to peel, you can also place granner inserts in the pre-basket.

General notes BASIC RULES FOR HARVESTING
Please keep this in mind when harvesting a combine! 1. Wait until it's dead, then combine harvester. (This gives higher yields, drier grain, easier threshing.) 2. Set ear jacks closely for hanging ears - for heavy grain, set ear jacks wide (on every 4th to 6th cutter finger). - 3. Thresh brittle straw and grain until soft. Lower the speed of the threshing drum, open the threshing basket. Too much short straw makes cleaning difficult and grain breakage reduces the quality. 4. For long, moist and tough straw, tighten the threshing basket and increase the speed of the threshing drum. 5. Clean the threshing basket, shaker, preparation soil and sieves regularly in damp weather and green growth. 6. The combine harvester has pressure wind cleaning. Too much mat formation on the screens and unnecessary losses are prevented by sufficient amount of wind, correct opening of the sieves or the corresponding hole size of the flat screens. 7. For fruits that are difficult to remove, you can also insert ungranner inserts into the threshing basket. 8. The combine harvester only works properly when the speed is right. The speed must be checked on the shaker shaft (220_ 5 1/min) before harvesting begins. 9. Proper cleaning of the air filter, clean fuel and regular oil changes are prerequisites for high performance and a long time Motor life.

system Important information about compressor cooling system!
1. Avoid any contact with liquid refrigerant! Wear gloves and safety glasses!
2. In case of splashes in the eye, consult a doctor immediately! 3. Only have maintenance and repair work carried out by specialist refrigeration service workshops. 4. Welding must not be carried out on parts of the refrigerant circuit and in their immediate vicinity - Risk of poisoning! 5. Maximum ambient temperature for refrigerants 80° C!
The cabin is equipped with a powerful double fresh air fan. With the three-stage switch (10), the fan can be switched to three power levels. The evaporator (cooling unit) is connected upstream of the fresh air fan. (Fig. 4)
Put the compressor cooling system into operation (compressor with service valves) Open service valves on the compressor: (It is only necessary to open the service valves when the air conditioning system is shut down) Open (unscrew) both service valves on the compressor until they stop and tighten them so that the valve seat surfaces also seal off from the outside. Then check that the flaps are tight. Plug in the relays where appropriate - see the sticker on the protective cover. TAKE NOTE! The two relays must never be plugged in as long as the service valves on the compressor are closed! Otherwise, turning on the air conditioner will damage the compressor! Before commissioning In the cabin with heating, open the bypass flap; the lever (4) is “down”. Start the diesel engine. Switch on the double fan with the three-stage switch (10), switch levels 1 - 3 optionally. Turn the infinitely adjustable thermostat rotary switch (11) to the right according to the desired temperature. The cooling system is in operation. Through the recirculating air grille (12), pre-cooled air from the cabin is mixed with filtered fresh air from outside and is blown into the cabin to a greater extent through the fresh air nozzles (2) and the fan shutters (5). The wind direction can be adjusted with the adjustable fan nozzles (2) and the fan shutters (5). The fan shutters (5) can be closed as required. When cooling is achieved, the compressor is switched off via the thermostat and magnetic coupling. As the temperature rises, the compressor is automatically switched on again. The compressor cooling system can only function when the door and window are closed. (Fig. 4) Compressor cooling system shuts off automatically in the event of a fault: The warning and control lamp on the threshing transformer lights up. The system was switched off via the highpressure switch. Possible causes: See groups Maintenance, Compressor Cooling System, and Malfunction - Cause or Remedy For safety reasons, the system is not restarted automatically, but manually using the AC rotary switch to “0” and reset to the desired operating temperature. If the system shuts down very frequently at very short intervals, the cooling system must be examined for possible faults. TAKE NOTE! Temperature differences of more than 8° C to 10° C from the outside temperature are harmful to health.
