Date: All stand-by pumps are on auto Adequate Ventilation in provided Header tanks are normal Sanitary pumps are on Auto AC, Fridge and Freezer Compressors are oil levels are normal All water tight doors across the vessel are closed Running engine parameters are normal Stand by engines are on AUTO mode, Max and Min set as per CE’s instructions, Lub Oil Sump level and coolant quantity in Expansion tanks are normal No Earth Fault on Switch board Emergency Bilge suction valve is easy to operate Overboard valves are closed and locked Bridge has control of propulsion, bilge and ballast valves or as required Cooling liquid pressures of Propulsion Drives are normal Inform bridge on entry and exit from engine room FO, LO and FW tanks are adequate Bilges are dry and high-level alarms are operational Sludge tank is at minimal level and float is tested Smoke and fire alarms are operational, and no Fire Zone is Isolated No alarms or parameters are Inhibited Air bottles are fully charged, and air compressors are in AUTO mode Technical water tank is full Working air compressor is on AUTO FO overflow tank is empty All access doors to engine room are closed All personnel have left the engine room at the time of UMS Emergency generator is on AUTO Water Mist pump is on AUTO and water tank is full All sounding pipes WB/Water/FO/Lub oil, any other, are closed and sounding caps are in placed Emergency Fire pump is on auto
