OPGW – What is it used for? •

Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) is used on overhead transmission- and distribution lines

Our routine checks Before shipping all OPGW /OPPC are tested concerning: • Mechanical and electrical design parameters • Attenuation with OTDR (each fibre; 1310nm and 1550nm)

• Complete test documentation is presented to the customer • Full material and process tracebility
