Standard of NICE3000new electric principle diagram: 1.Power line naming rules: The 3-phase 5 wires of the 380V power which located on the preamp of the main air circuit breaker are named R,S,T,N and PE. The one of the 220V illumination power which located on the preamp of the power cabinet air breaker is named Xa,Xb,the one on the backward stage named 501,502. The Control transformer primary named with the R,S,T rule,the secondary name designation of the control transformer:AC220V is 201,202,DC110V is D01,D02. The output side of 24V power supply connect to 301,302. 2.Named designation rule of wire number: D01­D99 relevant circuit of DC110V; 101­199 relevant circuit of AC110V; 201­299 relevant circuit of AC220V; 501­599 relevant circuit of AC220V illumination power; 3.Switch and contact rules: All the switch ,relays,and contactor are subject to the rule of UP-ON, Down-OFF,Left-ON and Right-OFF. 4.The dotted line's mean in the principle diagram is field wiring and the solid part means connected when they got out of the factory. 5.The relay and contactor of the principle diagram adopt Schneider series for reference.The connectors adopt 15 pins, 12 pins, 9 pins, 6 pins and 3 pins for reference. When we control elevator, we need to add a control cabinet. One control cabinet can control 4 elevators. When two control cabinets are in parallel, we can control 8 elevators.

The physical floor is relative to the NICE control system. According to the installation position of the flat bed board, the physical floor of the lowest installation position of the flat plate floor (such as the ground floor) is 1 layer. The highest level accumulates as the number of the flat plate becomes bigger. When two elevators in parallel, the physical floor numbers of the same floors is identical.

The jumper not short circuited has calling function The display boards the same as HCB-R1 are HCB-01, HCB-Q, HCB-R, HCB-SL and HCB-D2. Analog sensor wiring The wiring ways in the gridliness are suitable for the analog sensor.The type is MCTC-LDB-A.The wiring doesn't use C14 cable.Connect the sensor cable to car top directly. Connect the wire to car top board'd CN6 terminal.Connect the red line to P24, the brown line to Ai, the black line to M. Note: Installation position should be located close to the middle of the car. The paster's face of square magnetism steel is the working face, relative to the sensor terminal.After the installation, if there is no output voltage, please try to replace the polarity of the square magnetism steel.

Micro switch connection The wiring ways in the gridlines are suitable for the over/full load device of micro switch type. Because the micro switch types of different companies are different, the arrangement of NO is different.The wiring way in the right picture is the one. Please wire accoarding to the senery switch arrangement.Micro Full-load Over-load switch meaning: The COM is the common point, and the NO is the normally open point, and the NC NC NO COM NC NO COM point is the normally closed point.Please connect the full load switch to NO. And connect NC to overload switch.

The wiring ways in the gridliness are suitable for the switch sensor.Use Suzhou Yimike as an example. If there is only a sensor on the spot, connect overload signal.Because the sensor of different companies are different, the detection gap is different too.The detection gap is commonly 8-15mm.
