MMPB
Configured in SSM32 Slot 6/7, 8/9. Providing GE switching for IP voice traffic. Work in1+1 backup. System management function is implemented by MTNC. Only packet service is required, the MMPB is configured.
MHRD
MHRD is a back board, which equals the combination of HRU + G1O or HRU + E8T. D8FT subboard is inserted in the UG01MHRD1, which provides eight fast Ethernet (FE) interfaces. D1GO subboard is inserted in the UG01MHRD2, which provides one gigabit Ethernet (GE) interface. The ports on the UG02MHRD can work in load-sharing or master/slave mode.
MNET
Provide GE switching function in SSM256 frame UG02MNET provides 2*GE and 4*FE cascading interfaces
Receive clock signal from CLK and distribute the clock signal to TDM processing boards within the frame Work in 1+1 backup mode
MTNB

MSPF
Implementing the core function of the signaling gateway by supporting the M3UA//M2UA/V5UA/IUA adaptation on signaling, and forwarding adapted messages to the media gateway controller (MGC). Receiving signaling from TDM switching units through the Subboard (SHPU), and processing the TDM signaling.
MVPD
The MVPD enables the following functions: - Supporting functions such as announcement playing, digit collecting, audio mixing and MFC. - Implementing IP packet adaptation of voice services based on UDP, RTP and IP.

MCLK
MCLKs are inserted in back slots 0 and 1 in the main control frame and work in 1+1 standby mode.
The MCLK can be inserted in both SSM-256 frames and SSM-32 frames. MCLK can generate stratum two clock signal
ME32
They can be inserted in both SSM-256 frames and SSM-32 The ME32 enables the following functions: - Providing 32 E1 interfaces. - Providing 32 E1 frames. - Providing the function of drawing the line signaling of the R2 signaling or inserting the signaling Echo canceller unit.
ECU It is a front board used for ECHO canceling.
