Please read this manual carefully before using this control system, and keep it properly for future reference.

1. Foreword 1.1 Features The diesel EFI machine control system adopts fully automatic control, which is very convenient for common rail solenoid valve or piezoelectric injector, high pressure pump, HEUI medium pressure common rail injector, actuating pump, 320D oil pump, pump and Pump nozzle, maintenance test. It can test thousands of EFI injectors, oil pumps, and complete experimental data including Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, Caterpillar, Cummins, etc.

1.2 Main feature (1) Integrated automatic operation, including test bench speed, rail rail pressure, flow measurement, report analysis, etc., one-button operation, the measurement results can be obtained. (2) Test Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, Caterpillar, Cummins, solenoid valve or piezoelectric crystal injector, common rail high pressure pump. (3) Can test Bosch, Caterpillar, Cummins, Delphi, and EUI and EUP, including Delphi E3 double solenoid valve EUI (optional); (4) Test HEUI injector and actuating pump (optional); (5) Test Caterpillar 320D high pressure pump (optional); (6) Test VP37,VP44,RED4,Denso V3/V4/V5 pump (optional); (7) Test Cummins HPI injector,PT pump (optiona); (8) The test standard data is consistent with the original data, and the test accuracy reaches the original factory standard; (9) The database is fully open, the part number can be increased. Basic operation

2.1 Main interface After starting the ‘TestBench’ software, the program displays the main interface.

The main function: CR injector: Used for common rail injectors test. Coding: Used for injector coding.

CR Pump: Used for common rail pumps test. HP0: For Electrically Installed Denso HP0 Pump test. Optional function: EUI/EUP : Used for EUI/EUP test. HEUI: Used for HEUI test. HEU Pump: Used for HEU pump test. Cat 320D Pump: Used for Cat 320D pump test. ... Update: Used for program upgrade.

2.2 Injector experiment (1) Select interface

In this interface, select the Maker and PN of the injector to be tested, and click the [Continue] button to enter the injector test interface. If you click [Modify], you can enter the injector data editing interface. When the compensation code function needs to be produced, the original compensation code on the injector can be input. You can search for the PN of the search content one by one by entering the injector PN to be tested in the left Type-PN edit box and clicking the [Search] button or icon. For example, search for "224":

After clicking [Continue], the currently detected PN will be recorded. After the software is started next time, the last record will be selected by default. 5 / 18

(2) Experiment interface

In the interface, you can click [Normal Test] or [Fast Test], without manual intervention, the test bench motor will start to rotate, automatically adjust to reach the target speed, and the rail pressure will be automatically adjusted to reach the target value, for a period of time, the amount of oil After stabilization, the system automatically records the working oil quantity through the automatic flow sensor. After the working condition is completed, the next working condition measurement is automatically performed, and the report is automatically generated after the all working condition are measured. . The main features are introduced: [Set]: It can set the speed and test time of each working condition. [Normal Test]: Check the condition of each step of the injector according to the detection time set in the setting. [Fast Test]: Detect each step of the injector according to the detection time set in the setting. This function is suitable for quickly detecting the injector. It is recommended to use a working condition for 20 seconds. [(+Button)]: The test time of this working condition can be increased by 10 seconds every time. Only works in the current working conditions, does not affect the next working condition. [BIP]/[T_Response]: The response time of injector injection can be detected. (3) Database

After selecting the injector PN interface, click [Edit] to enter the part number database editing interface. At this interface, the specific parameters of each operating condition of the injector can be modified. The [Add] button can add a new test step. The [Delete] button can delete now test step. The [Save] button can save the injector PN.

2.3 Injector Coding (4) Select interface

In this interface, select the Maker and PN of the injector to be tested, and click the [Continue] button to enter the injector test interface. [Calibration injector] : You can calibration a new injector. If you click [Modify], you can enter the injector data editing interface. When the compensation code function needs to be produced, the original compensation code on the injector can be input. EUS Mechanical part

(1) The EUS experimental device is a complete set of equipment designed for the maintenance of Electronic Control Pump Nozzles (EUI) and Electronic Unit Pumps (EUP). The device consists of a cam box (CB-A), various EUI/EUP adapters required by the user, and a modular design test bench (EU-A). The CB-A cam box is mounted on an ordinary high-pressure oil pump test bench and is driven by a bench motor. The modular design of EU-A can meet the various needs of customers testing
