LOOK FOR E – BILL Login to Victim’s email account and go to search: Verizon Wireless (or if your log is AT&T put AT&T) Look around the email for a bill summary for the carrier connected to log (Check spam, trash, anywhere around in the email if you cannot find anything, if nothing appears then it never came attached to the email when u bought it) After you find the bill in email, that means the carrier is attached to that email and is good to go. After you buy a device and make sure it is IMEI clean and not blacklisted, you need to buy the prepaid SIM card for the specific carrier connected to your log (If the phone number attached to your logs carrier is Verizon, you will buy a prepaid Verizon ”Bring Your Own Device” SIM card, if it is AT&T you buy the prepaid version of that and so on)

(Make sure you're on the homepage where it shows all of your plans) * Click on ”Manage account and bill” and ask for a ”Rep” (Rep meaning Representative, meaning Live Customer Chat Support ) * Now tell them that you misplaced your device, and make sure you used the keyword: ”misplaced” If you say you ”lost” your shit then they're going to make you file a 14day claim so don't say you lost your device You want to say ” Hi I miss/Sir placed my device and I have a very important business meeting that I cannot miss and I need to change my device as soon as possible”
IN CASE THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND ( they might not get what you mean off the bat, so if they do get confused tell them that you want to port your number over to another device because you miss placed your current one and you need your service ASAP

IDENTITY CHECK DONT COPY AND PASTE JUST TYPE OUT, THEY CAN TELL WHEN YOU DO THAT AND WILL START SPINNING YOU OFF IF THEY ARE SUSPICIOUS TO LOCK THE ACCOUNT, IF THEY LOCK THE ACCOUNT YOU HAVE TO CALL UP PROVING YOUR IDENTITY, PASS BASIC CREDIT QUESTIONS: * FIRST AND LAST NAME * PHONE NUMBER YOU’RE CALLING ABOUT * ADDRESS ON FILE (OR THEY MAY ASK YOU A PAST ADDRESS YOU HAD ON THE ACCOUNT, YOU MAY HAVE TO SOCIAL ENGINEER IF YOU DON'T KNOW) * DATE OF BIRTH ON FILE * LAST 4 OF SOCIAL ON FILE (keep full social ready in case) * 4 DIGIT PIN ON FILE * SECURITY QUESTIONS * if the victim’s carrier is a business account with AT&T, they will ask for a 5–7-digit FAN pin. (as I said before with guessing carrier pin, look for every 5-digit combination connected to victim, a full birthday 021465, is a good example, but it is always usually something personal to the victim they will always remember)
CONTINUING Once you give them the script, they going to ask for the account pin, if you have it just give it to them, if not, Tell them,” I made my pin a while back when I first made my account and I forgot it”. They going to ask if they can send it to the phone, they have for you on file, say you do not have access to those devices and you want to use the email you have on file. Try taking initiative and ask them if they could send a link to the email off rip after you say you forgot the pin. ” I want to verify myself using my email.”
After you verify yourself by giving them the pin/via link sent to email, they are going to ask you for your: * secondary devices IMEI number * prepaid SIM card ICCID (you can find this on the back of the SIM, roughly a 20-digit code under the longest bar code if you cannot find it on the back of the SIM) That is, it, they are going to send another verification link to the email they have on file (the one you have) and then they are going to tell you to turn off your phone.
