The

Basic principles of instrument Biochemistry analyzer’s test principle mainly uses Lambert - Beer's law, and mix reagents and patient's serum samples according to certain mixing ratio, the mixture in certain temperatures than color in the dish, and continuous measurement are incubated on certain wavelengths light absorbed, finally, according to the absorbency value (change) calculated automatically determine the concentration of matter. Chapter 2 Working environment Normal working environment should satisfy following conditions: 1. The environment temperature: 10℃ ~ 30℃; 2. Relative humidity: 30% ~ 70%; 3. The atmospheric pressure: 860hPa ~ 1060hPa; 4. Power supply requirements: equipped with Stabilizer, 220V ~ + 10%, 50Hz + 1 Hz; 5. No strong electromagnetic interference and mechanical vibration, no corrosive gas, no glare direct illuminate; 6. The instrument should connect to the ground. Chapter 3 Safety matters This instrument in the process of installation and maintenance should pay attention to safety matters: 1. We use 220V power supply for the machine, so you should cut off the power before operating to avoid the risk of electric shock. 2. When doing liquid road maintenance, you can't let the fluid to the circuit boards and power, and prevent burning circuit. 3. When operating circuit, you must cut off the power, and we forbid operating with power. 4. In the maintenance of equipment, beware of biological pollution. 5. Instruments must connect to the ground in an excellent way. 6. Heating circle is forbidden filling with water.

ensure there is sufficient deionized water in

water bottle, and empty the waste bottle. Ensure that all pipe no twisting instrument, and warm up 30 minutes before running the instruments maintenance icon

click “wash all reaction cup”

Turn on the click daily

go to” cup blank” test, and fill water,

Check blank value and save it (three times, each time all saved)

directly pumped

You also can run the default boot process “one key maintenance” also when doing boot maintenance, you need to check importantly: 1) Water which fill into reaction cuvette should reach to half of total volume, otherwise you need to adjust injection time 2) If there are more than 30% cuvette marked in blue, recommend replacing all the cups. 3) Water level in cuvette should be higher than the light beam center, which will ensure get correct AD value. 5.1.2 Shutdown maintenance: Wash all reaction cuvettes

wash needle 4times

fill water

shutdown

or execute the default shutdown maintenance process 5.2 Weekly maintenance 1. Every week do needle maintenance one time, you can use alcohol cotton cleaning tip of probe. 2. Cleaning all reagent bottles and pure bucket.

5.3 Monthly maintenance condition 1. Check the use of reaction cup reaction cup, use cleaner undertakes immersing, remove reaction cup, wash with clean lens paper surface of the glass of reaction, and manual is wiped clean wiped process prevent scratch inspection face and, when necessary, replace reaction cup. 2. 3 months after the metal rod of dilution is added lubricant, (such as Vaseline, lubricant) lubricant usage not too much, otherwise, it will affect mechanical components operation. 3. After 3 months to dilute the piston overtime lubricant, is like Vaseline, can increase the abrasion resistance, increase air tightness and reduce resistance. 5.4 Years maintenance condition Years of maintain must professional engineers or by the company after company training for personnel operation. 1. Clean attached in the instrument of the components inside the dust, such as fans, sensors, etc. 2. Check of all parts of the belt running situation of necessary adjustment of strap firmness. 3. Inspection instruments, liquid and use with aging line for replacement, after two years of all pipelines must be replaced 4. Replace syringe piston. 5. Inspection, control board AD voltage values, put the passage below 45,000 adjusted to get the 55,000, in 20 -- 100's value. 6. I represent ABAD backup database files, and after the backup to the letter "S" beginning in the clean the database tables. 7. Light bulb two years later, the need for replacement

Smear the grease at the middle of the piston and insert the piston into the glass carefully and ensure that the piston reach the top of the glass. 6, Adjust and fix carefully with screw. Ensure the piston plumbs down to the center of the glass. 7.3 The replacement to probes The method of replacing samples probe is the same as the regent probe’s replacement. Concrete steps as follows: 1, First of all, open the cover of the probe and then cut off swathe for fixing the probe with pliers. 2, Unscrew the pinching screws with fixing wire and the compacting screw of the probe. 3, Remove the adding sample probe and the soft tube covered the adding sample probe. 4, Install a new adding sample probe and a soft tube. The structure of the soft tube is as the below figure 25 shows. 5, Fix the probe and the wire well with the compacting screw and swathe 6, Close the cover.

If the blank absorbency of the cuvettes exceeds 0.025A, clean again or replace them. 

Do not touch the two detecting surface of cuvettes.

The top surface of the cuvettes placed must be level. Or else, it is easy to leave water in the cuvettes during cleaning so that the testing results are not accurate.

Use the same batch cuvettes as possible.

7.5 The replacement to fuse Steps are as follows: 1. Take the fuse out from the accessories kit. To mention that the fuse of mainframe is 8A and water heating system is 4A. 2. Turn off the power of analyzer and pull out the plug. 3. Pull the power wire from the power socket of mainframe and elicit the fuse housing. 4. Take out the damaged fuse housing and install a new fuse into fuse housing and then plug the fuse housing into power socket. 5. Switch on the power plug.
