Monk Ways

The Way of the Frog Focus your ki in the palm of your hand, and then release it in one sudden powerful burst! —The Frog Hermit

Frog Warriors Hailing from lands far to the east the monks of the Way of the Frog have learned to hone their ki to fire destructive blasts of energy, and fly. The Way of the Frog primarily focuses on fighting and proving your superiority. Although some practitioners are evil most just wish to prove themselves on the field of battle, whether against faceless hordes, or against their sworn advesary. (Note in earlier versions of this document the Way of the Frog was called the Way of the Dragon it has been changed as I decided on a new Dragon based theme and wished to avoid the confusion of having 2 ways of the dragon.)

Ki Blast At 3rd level you gain the ability to fire destructive blasts of energy, as an action you may spend 1 ki point and fire a blast of force energy. This ki blast has a range of 120 feet and deals your Martial Arts Damage dice of damage. You can fire Two blasts at 5th level, Three at 11th level, and four at 17th level. Each blast can hit the same or different targets.

Ki Flare At 6th level you gain the ability to use ki to blind your opponents. As an action you can spend 2 ki points to blind a target with a bright flash of ki, the target is blinded if they fail a Constitution saving throw, they may make another saving throw at the end of each of their turns, and are no longer blinded once they succeed. You can spend additional ki to blind additional targets, at a rate of 1 ki point per target. You may blind one additional target at 8th, 13th, and 17th level.

Ki Flight At 11th level you gain the ability to fly. As an action spend 4 ki points to fly with a speed of 30 feet + Twice your unarmored movement value for 10 minutes. While flying you may spend 1 ki point as a bonus action to extend your flight time by 3 minutes.

Ki Wave

Anything in the area takes 4d8 force and 4d8 bludgeoning damage on a failed Dex save and half as much on a succesful one. If you have at least 11 Ki points you may spend all of your ki and exhaust yourself to double the damage.
