ONCE CLIENT REACH HOUSE

Once client reach your house, you'll tell the client that client that he/she would be getting the key from the lockbox system and you'll tell them that you need to create a viewing account for them with their cellphone number. Then you'll send them rently.com link. Once they click on the link youll tell them to click on renter sign in and then click on create account, then they'll put in their first name, last name, email address, phone number and any password you like. Once them create d account, it'll take them to the home page and they will see where it says "where do you want to live?", tell them to put the address of the home and search it, once they search it, they would see the house. Ask them to click on it and then click on "Enter Property Yourself", once they click on it they would receive a verification text on their cellphone. Don't allow them click on the link, just ask them to send it to you via text message so that you can help them verify their

number. When you get the link, first go to your phone settings and turn off your WiFi and then go to your Google Voice to click on the link, if it says the link is expired just click on resend and rently would send a new link. Once the client gets the new link, ask him to send it to you and you click on the link answer no to all the questions and then click on continue, then you would be asked to sign in. You would use the client's no and the password to sign in, once you sign in go to your computer and search the property address on rently, then click on the house and then copy the link and send to the client to click on it and follow the instructions. It'll show where it says "when would you like to view the home?" ask them to click on choose when and select right now and then click on continue. Then they would have to put in their CC for the $0.99 and then their driver's license (both front & back) and then a selfie, when they are done with it, just go to your rently application on your phone to login the rently account, search the house and follow the instructions and then put in the serial number for the code. When they've finished viewing the house, you'll tell them to send STOP to the 33286 number that sent them the code so that they do not get multiple automated text messages and then you can clone their number on Vonage.
