2.Car Doors Inspect Door Operation •
Reversing Device > Light curtain broken – Doors reverse immediately
•
Any Damage Scratches – indicating rubbing on jam – misuse
•
Sills – dirt or debris build up clean where needed
•
Noisy operation > Check /replace hanger rollers, guide shoes, twists in panels
•
Replace worn parts
•
Adjust door power supply to 25.6 Volts
Car Doors (Adjustment) •
Check parameter settings
•
Centre or side opening doors – door alignment when fully closed
•
Doors not apexed, if can be pinned then pin once alignment corrected
•
Check bar track, J track clean, not excessive wear, Lubricate correctly
•
Check contact adjustments
•
Check the vane (spade /spear) for correct operation
•
Check guide shoes are intact, not worn
•
Replace worn parts
•
Check transmission rope (aircord) not damaged, two screws clamped used
•
Misalignment of rope clamp and transmission support and possibly rope quality. The design of the cable and the cable clamp device has been analysed with the following findings: sharp edges on the clamp, clamping device deformed during installation (too weak during tightening of bolt), Transmission support (Z_41351600) does not align rope exactly to the clamp especially in open door position for T2 and C4 slow panel¨ - untwisting behaviour.
•
Adjust Door power supply to 25.6V, in case you have DDD V35 Rel2 CAN bus termination to the door drive DDD V35 may be missing. A wrong setting on this termination leads to a faulty communication between control and door drive.
•
Please Check and apply CAN bus end connector
•
Check car door commissioning and correct if necessary correct
•
Check parameter settings, shown below

3. Button (LOP/ COP) faults The landing push button does not take the call. Several trials are necessary to get the call to latch. The reason is the push button internal buffer (white / green) is deformed plastically so that the side bars keep the head away from the micro switch. More force is needed to get the call. The contact resistance would be increased significantly, and the passenger would have to push very hard.
Or the internal PCB switch is of a high resistance
Action > Replace push button completely with new red / + version (same ID-number shown below). After replacement push the button at each corner.
