GENERAL Workover rig will be produced in accordance with DRILLMEC verified Quality Management System and in accordance with applicable API Products Specifications. Suitable to work at ambient temperature from -45°C to +40°C. Mast & Substructure manufactured in accordance API spec 4F (4th edition), PSL-1 . Hazardous area distribution and extension compliant with API RP 500 .

Mast lower section pivots upon an adjustable frame for better positioning of mast when extended . The square tubular main mast legs are manufactured in high resistance, alloy steel. Raising and lowering of mast by means of hydraulic jack with built-in safety device. Mast upper section scoped by means of one hydraulic jack. A safety device assures the inhibits of drawworks if the pins (which fix and support the telescopic section of the mast on the lower section) do not reach their final working position. Automatic safety blocking system in case of failure in the piping system. RACKING BOARD

SUBSTRUCTURE

Manufacturer: Drillmec Quantity: One (1) The substructure is complete with: • Two elements (setback and rotary table frame) substructure, parallelogram types raising and lowering system; this design allows the transport of substructure with two trips only. • Due to its specific design, this type of substructure can be easily set also over large existing cellars • The ample space under the substructure floor facilitates the BOP installation • The lower section of the substructure is equipped with rails and trolley to facilitate the sliding of BOP to the well centerline • Two stairways from drill floor to ground level • The rotary table is flush with the working floor • Combination of one ramp for pipes and one stair • One set of handrails •

A remarkable feature of the proposed substructure is the length of the base skid : 12 m (40 ft) .

BRAKE COOLING/ WATER CIRCUIT
